The place is beautifully laid out and the best thing of all is the people. Everyone we met on our very short stay at Ivy Hall was super friendly and helpful. Since it was our first purchase we received at 25% discount! Now that's a lot of value. They told us we also get $20 off our second purchase. Makes me wish we lived close enough to make it our go-to dispensary. Or at least that the dispensaries at home had the same sense of caring and friendship we encountered at Ivy Hall. So to add more salt to the wound, I went back to give this place a second chance and the employee…read morethere was completely apologetic and aware about the issues I had my previous visit. This made up for the problems I had before. So I then went back today and I had another really negative experience. I tried preordering online and using their pay by bank feature, which withdrew the money from my account but never processed my order. When I showed up to the counter, they didn't have my order in the system, but somehow the money was taken out my bank account. All the employees did was take down my number and tell me hopefully the money gets refunded to my account. Just another disappointing experience.
