Only takes like literally 2-3 mins for your order to be ready. I've been to Duchess a few times, but have yet to write a full review. First of all the place is beautiful! Nothing like any dispensary I have ever been to! They were very intentional about the decor. It gives cute bookstore vibes. When you come in you have to show your ID in order to get in NO exceptions!!! Once you show your ID you are allowed to enter! It's decorated so intentionally. It's so cute!!! Great quality cannabis products!!!! Great deals! Everyone is very nice! Darrow was at the door when I first came in! He has a genuine smile, scanned my mom and I ID and let us in. Then we went to the kiosk and we were greeted by Tanesha. She was very nice and informative. Great customer service! She helped me look up my purchasing history! She also offered me some free gummy samples!! I wanted to take pictures so she introduced me to the manager Tom!!! Nice guy. Very pleasant as well!! On my way out there was Julian at the door. Who have seen in here before! He always very cool and helpful. Just all around great customer service here! Great high quality products! This business is woman owned! Please if you are in the area or not take the drive. You won't be disappointed. Cash and card is accepted!!!! If you use your card there is a $3 service fee! They also have an ATM here.

DO NOT Use your phone inside or out take pics at ALL . None. Not allowed. I've been here a few times and always find them to have all around good customer service. Good knowledge of their products. However; recently I purchased "DogWalkers" pre rolls. They were completely stale. Oh no. This only happened once. When I returned and mentioned it to the cashier it was a "oh well" response. Mmm . Maybe if she looked me up in the system and saw I've been a customer- there should have been a different and better outcome with that. I can suggest to offer the customer something - "oh well" won't cut it for Long Term Stability in the market. But clean place and a large selection for an Illinois based dispensary . This is located on the West side of street on Harlem, South of 26th Street. In a very busy area. Riverside is a historical city with a wonderful and charming downtown areas. Lots to see around here. Beautiful parks and Cook County Preserved Forests . Nice gas station and drinks up the block here. Great restaurants all around . Busy shopping area the North Riverside Mall.

The rude woman(stockier latina lady) asks for my i.d. at the register even though I was NOT buying anything. I told her Im not buying anything and she says "you still have to show it" with a horrible little tone. The people at the next register same situation but the cashier only took the i.d. of the person buying. The stockier latina lady that was ringing us up was clearly lying. Product was also no good. This is what I hate about dispensaries, employees look down on every customer that walks in. Never coming back here and I am going to make sure my friends stay away too.

It is the smoothest run and their discount on your first three visits is crazy. Don't be afraid to call as you order online if you have questions. I added what I wanted and you receive a text to go to the counter. I did, and a woman at the register said "I'll be right with you, one sec" so I stood back a few feet. During this time a few other folks came in, and a different woman at another register (with a Karen haircut) made a weird comment about me not being in line. I said "I didn't know there was a line" and she told me "Well, there is! It's over there but I'll let you go this one time, I guess". I was very confused... was she trying to funny? She certainly was failing, if so. I found her to be quite rude. She continued to chastise me as she rang me up. I guess in the weed business, they don't have to be nice to the customer? She made a face and said "Uh, I need your ID...?" I said "Oh, ok. You didn't ask me for it..." She said "I didn't. You were talking" So, I hear you loud and clear Curaleaf- you don't want my business. I'll go elsewhere. Gotcha Also, the prices online/at the kiosk are "estimates" and can change by the time you get to the register, which I find very odd. Also, if you have to use an ATM card, they have this absolutely bizarre practice of having to round up and then give you change. So, my order came to $36.53, they rounded up to $40, and handed me change (and then explained the $3.50 ATM fee). Since other dispensaries sell the exact same product, why go to a place that is consistently weird and treats you like this? I'll be heading to a different dispensary for my next purchase, thank you very much.
