Because they have no customer service at all. No email at all, and they do not answer the given phone number. Also the phone number is the same number for every location. I bought a bottle of liquid that was badly mixed (it happens). Since I know no shop will return it, my only option is complain to customer service and maybe get the company can make changes so it won't happen again. Not a chance. This yelp review is my only hope at possibly getting Vaperz to have see they can't ignore their customers and expect to stay in business.
