Because they have no customer service at all. No email at all, and they do not answer the given phone number. Also the phone number is the same number for every location. I bought a bottle of liquid that was badly mixed (it happens). Since I know no shop will return it, my only option is complain to customer service and maybe get the company can make changes so it won't happen again. Not a chance. This yelp review is my only hope at possibly getting Vaperz to have see they can't ignore their customers and expect to stay in business. We tried different pods, opened brand new boxes of juice to let me try, he checked other nearby stores for me, we basically tried everything, all without me paying a penny. In the end we couldn't figure out what the problem was so he offered me an amazing deal for a disposable vape to use while I find a solution. Overall I was shocked at the amount of help I received. Very polite and respectful staff. They don't want you to just purchase their items, they want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
