I ask him if they sell puffco batteries cause I want the same battery. The guy behind the counter takes the pen and starts trying different batteries on it and hits the button to heat up then says those wont work and they dont sell puffco official batteries. I get home use the charger to charge battery then go to use pen and light comes on but no heat. I go back and tell them it stopped working after this and he proceeds to blame me saying the chamber is clogged and got burnt out cause I dont clean it. I clean it regularly and only reason it had residue is cause it stopped working and they try to sell me another one instead of taking the $20 hit and keeping loyal customer. Oh well.
