Please note, I bring these items home for us to enjoy. When I got home and opened the bag to remove my bowl I noticed that it was only about halfway full of the puree & that the toppings barely made it to the lip of the bowl. Also there was only 3 (I counted) pieces of Mango in the bowl. I paid $13 plus tax for this bowl (about $15)!! Other things to note during my visit : I needed to use the restroom, there was no toilet paper!?! And I happened to be there while my bowl was being made, noticing that the employee kept walking around the store with my bowl. I was not comfortable with that. The bowl should be left in the prep area and items (if needed) should be brought to it, to avoid any type of cross-contamination.

I had a terrible experience at this Tropical Smoothie location and left very disappointed,…read moreespecially because the manager was involved from start to finish. After placing my order, I asked the manager at the register how long I should expect to wait for my drink. Instead of giving me an estimated wait time, she simply pointed to the crowd and did not provide an answer. I told her I would wait in my car, and she said that was okay. About 10 minutes later, I came back inside only to find out that my drink had been given to someone else. When I explained what happened, the manager asked me if I had even paid for the drink, even though she was the same person who had rung up my order just 10 minutes earlier. I understand that businesses can get busy, but this situation could have been handled much better. I had my receipt, and I had already spoken with the manager before stepping outside. Being questioned about whether I had paid made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and this experience left a very negative impression.

I wish they opened up earlier than 8am during the week. I typically have coffee around 630-7am but I can understand why they open at 8am if they aren't busy until 8-9ish. I stopped in a little after 8 and the door was still locked. I'm going to guess I was the first customer of the day. When I walked in there was a sewer stench that was over powering. My guess is this might be normal for them - 1 of the staff members was spraying Lysol to get rid of the smell. I ordered via the front counter and got the rose Cardamom latte. This drink is on the pricey side, $8 without having a non dairy milk substitute. The flavor makes up for it though. It was delicious and refreshing!

The food, however, took nearly 30 minutes--and every 10 minutes or so, someone came over to let me know yet another ingredient was unavailable. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and the avocado was rubbery. I felt sick trying to eat it. To be clear, the staff members were incredibly kind and professional--it's not their fault that management can't keep basic ingredients in stock. I even thanked them for their effort and time. But the food itself was just not edible. They kindly brought over the blonde male manager to process a refund, and that's where things went downhill. He was extremely rude and dismissive. I remained polite, but he clearly didn't care about the experience or the quality of what was served. Honestly, he should've been embarrassed--there's no way he would have eaten what I was given. Overall, a horrible experience saved only by the professionalism of the frontline staff. Management, especially the manager I interacted with, was the real disappointment.

It is prepared fresh, so be prepared for a short wait for the fresh juices and smoothies. There is also a grab-and-go cooler with many different energy drinks, bottled water, and flavored waters. I think $6.60 for a fresh juice and $7.85 for a fresh fruit smoothie is probably the going rate in this area. That price is too high for me to be a regular thing, but I enjoy one once a month.
