If I could give this location a zero, I would. Please note that this is a franchise location. I was never contacted by management from the franchise. The only reason I got any resolution was because of Corporate. Don't be fooled by the comment left here for management. I will never return to this location again. I had a much better experience at a another location and that is where I will go moving forward please note that it has a different franchise owner. It is also one of the newest of the Smoothie King's in the area. If they Health Dept walks in there they might get shut down or certain get sanctions for violating basic sanitary guidelines like throwing out dirty mops. read more

I went here for a quick breakfast smoothie because I left my protein shake at home. It was a great choice for me. Service was quick and fast. There wasn't a line, so they were able to take my order and start on my smoothie immediately. The place was decorated the way all the Smoothie King establishments are decorated. Nothing special, but it was very clean in there. The smoothie was so good! I got the blueberry cobbler off the "secret menu." It was perfectly sweet and filled me up for a long time. read more

Hey fellow Yelp users! I went to Smoothie King in Evergreen Park on 1/28/25 (Tuesday) for the $5 20 oz recharge smoothie deal they gave on their mobile app. I got a 20 oz pure recharge mango strawberry smoothie. I think this may be my new fave at Smoothie King as it tastes refreshing without it tasting too sweet. I typically order on the mobile app, so by the time I get there, my order is ready. This is my 3rd or 4th time coming to this location and I've never had a problem. I arrived about 10-15 minutes which was the estimated time that was given to me. I only had to wait a few minutes and my order was ready and located at the to-go counter. Atmosphere: I loved the atmosphere. They always play music at just the right volume. You're always greeted when you walk in. Staff is friendly! Parking: There was a lot of parking available when I visited Smoothie King in Evergreen Park for to having a parking lot. However, I think parking availability may vary depending on how busy the area is because it's located in a plaza with other establishments. Overall Experience: Overall, I had a great experience at Smoothie King in the Evergreen Park location. I would highly recommend this place if you're craving something sweet but want to eat or I should say drink healthier or hitting the gym and not wanting to consume a whole meal but feel good. I highly recommend downloading their mobile app as they have freebies and decent deals from time to time. I hope this review helps Smoothie King located in Evergreen Park, Smoothie King in general, & its current and future customers. Have an amazing day! read more

My very first visit to Smoothie King was last week on a rainy day. I was on my way to work and didn't want to gobble anything heavy. Upon entering, there were to very handsome I young men( one with face tattoos)and a beautiful young woman working. I was greeted pleasantly & ordered an island smoothie. It was the best smoothie I've ever had from any establishment. read more

Greeted immediately upon entering. Nice and clean with fruity and earthy aromas. Purchased two smoothies; one treat smoothie; Island impact with delicious tropical flavors. One green smoothie; vegan mango, kale with almonds. I was able to purchase one Alani protein bar for one dollar. Sweet. read more

I have come to this smoothie king FAITHFULLY for years and I have never had a bad visit. My impression of the staff is that they work hard and value customer service (at least for these two gentlemen David & Alonte). The assistant manager David knows us by name- not just me, but customer base at this location. He remembers orders. He is CONSISTENTLY kind and respectful and deserves a raise or something! I've seen him deal with impatient customers, a full store and only him on the line, multitasking with training staff while doing backend work and still never has he had a coarse disposition. Alonte is also very respectful and polite. He works diligently as I've seen him juggling multiple tasks at once without fail all the time. See about going the extra mile for your employees because they go above and beyond for us. Very sincerely, Britt read more

My smoothie was amazing, but they need to work on their attitudes and customer service. No one acknowledged me when I entered, no hello, good morning, NADA. I ordered a vegan pineapple spinach. I had a coupon for $2.00 off, the cashier told me I cannot use my coupon, but I could get a free boost, ( the boost was $.99). sir, I do not know what that is nor do I want it. I want my $2.00 off. I told him fine whatever, I was getting my smoothie with or without that damn coupon. I swear, it took 12 minutes to make my smoothie. I will be glad when the Smoothie King around Chicago Ridge opens. read more

This place is going downhill. I place my order online...when I arrived it still wasn't ready. When I asked for a refund they acted as if I was speaking a foreign language. If the store manager isn't there...don't even waste your time!!! read more

First time coming here. Came here on a lunch break. Out of all the great things in that strip area to choose from, I chose this place. Overall, average experience. Prices are really pricey, but the portion isn't bad but it's really enticing to get the bigger size. Menu is pretty big too so I'm not too upset about that. Smoothies take a while to blend. Service is great too! Overall average place. read more

I live in the area so I desperately miss Jamba Juice that was in Evergreen as well and since there then it has not been a replacement so I was happy to see Smoothie King that is across the street from little company Hospital any adjacent lot There was no line no waiting so my smoothie was prepared after I came to the conclusion on what I would like I did go off the recommendation of the sales associate that work there and I went with a island impact 20oz And 6 bucks it's pretty pricey but smoothies are pricey on Fridays they have a promotion where you can get a 32 oz any flavor so I definitely will be back on Fridays they definitely need to work a little bit more on that customer service they're not that friendly here no Smiles everybody seems pretty tired and worn out but enjoy my smoothie read more

I love THIS smoothie king location! It was clean. Their service was exceptional and they are very friendly!

I ordered, paid, got no receipt, waited, waited, waited, got confused about why I was waiting so long, lost my appetite and interest in waiting any longer, and then walked out. Terrible service but performed by nice people. I don't live in the area and was looking at apartments when I saw the Smoothie King. I went in and ordered and tipped because they did acknowledge me waiting for a long period and it's supposedly black owned which is a plus for me. It was clear they were behind but it's just smoothies, and they're moving along, how long could it be? Over 20 minutes, and a lot closer to 30. That's how long. I stood patiently watching them give out orders until it was my turn. Then I watched an employee repeatedly fail to get my smoothie to blend. There wasn't enough liquid in it. So he added 3 pumps more. Too dry to blend. He adds ice, he switches blenders, he shakes it....at this point he's tried SIX different ways to get this too thick concoction to blend. It occurs to me then that he didn't have a formula or recipe for his additions. He was just trying to get it to blend and was trying different measurements. So now I have to wonder if this thing will even taste good. And doubt that it will. So then I'd have to complain and likely deal with a longer wait for a refund. And still be hungry. And then angry and upset. So I just left. Cant see any reason to go back. Terrible experience within no rhyme or reason for it. How do you get that behind making smoothies with pre Measured ingredients? If you have any anxiety or PTSD symptoms, stay far far away. This place will trigger you. read more

Love supporting black businesses and it was wonderful to see such a wide variety of drink options! So far I've tried from the wellness section and had one with ginger in it and the one today was carrots. I got a small and it was soooo filling for a very reasonable price! The staff were super friendly and answered all of my questions due to my special dietary needs. I will be back! read more

Smoothie King - This is a small for $5.99. Very fresh and delicious - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Evergreen Park, Illinois

Worst customer service. The management does not know what they are doing when I made a complaint. Also the smoothie quality used to be better and it has gone down a lot. I will be reporting this place to the health department because they do not adhere to safety either while making smoothies. Do not recommend going to this place at all read more

This Smoothie King usually has tasty smoothies, about 80% of the time they're great. The best deal is on Fridays, when most smoothies on the menu are $5, and the lines are usually longer on those days. However, this location has been overcharging for taxes on their app. If you order in person in the store, a $5 Friday smoothie has 50 cents tax, which is 10%. If you order the same smoothie on their app, it has $.99 tax, which is 20%. While ordering on the app is convenient, the extra cash grab of extra 10% tax isn't worth it. read more

Just had my first smoothie from Smoothie King! They just opened today on95th across from Little Company of Mary Hospital. Met the owner Eeaz - not sure how to spell it pronounced eeee-Az. Nice guy, I hope he does well and they stick around. They have a couple sections on the menu with vegan labeled options. You can also make something vegan. The list of drinks is very extensive and there are lots of options and categories. You can add protein, fibers, energy boosts and more. The employees totally helped Eeaz with the register/computer, they knew what they were doing. I selected a Berry something from the vegan menu and it is great! I took a paper menu so I can figure out something different for next time. I hope they do well so they will stick around and please be kind while they work out the kinks! read more

The service is very slow. They put slow in the dictionary. They have never apologized for being so slow. It's like you should expect it.

I love Smoothie King, and I'm happy to finally have a location close to my home. I haven't been here since 2014, so I couldn't remember what I used to order. The menu has TONS of options and can be a little overwhelming, but the staff is there to provide great recommendations. I ended up ordering the Banana Boat and adding peanut butter, which was great! I can't wait to come back to try something else. read more

Young lady needs to lose the attitude. She's calling names through a mask and over the blender. Kinda difficult to hear clearly. This is my favorite location. Now, there's someone working here with a funky attitude. read more

Customer service could be a little better but smoothies are great and always ready when using the app... People should always use the app!

Great smoothie and fast service 1st time here and it went well. I will definitely be back for $5.00 32oz Fridays.

The most delicious smoothie I ever tasted! I tried ohare branch. Really good stuff . The fruits are fresh, the frozen yoghurt is delicious and the team is very professional. It's a healthy meal, better than burger and chicken made with hard to digest fats. Thanks for making my flight hungyr-less! read more

The taste is good but my goodness this is by far the slowest Smoothie King ever. If this one's wasn't the most convenient one. I've been to the one in Orland and the ones in other states. Why it always takes forever to get my order, even when it's not busy. It's always been like this since the location open years ago. read more

Smoothie kings are consistent. They all use the same recipes, and the prices are fair, but I just had a strawberry activator and it is disgusting! A waste of 7.99+ tax. read more

Love coming here the smoothies are great. The only problem I had was I ordered a smoothie threw the app. I did put it for curbside pick up so I wouldn't have to walk into the store. So when I arrived I had to call to let them know I was there. The employee told me to come inside the store. so I did and I thought my smoothie would be ready since they didn't come out. But no it wasn't ready so I gave the employee my name they still couldn't figure out my order. I had to show him the email for my online order. There were other customers so I had to wait .. next time all just walk into the store ... read more

Smoothies are delicious. The reason for my low review is because I ordered online to avoid waiting but I ended up waiting 30 minutes. I did go at a busy time that's why I figured it was taking a while, but people who were there after were getting their smoothies. I was confused. Until a worker approached me and said i've been waiting for a while and he asked if I choose the right location and I said yes. I had to go to the cashier and repeat my order. So i recommend just going there and avoid ordering online if you're on a time crunch. read more

The smoothies are great!!! I really do hope this sticks around but I feel they do need to work on they're customer service skills. I was greeted with a "what are you having" not even with a smile; when I said I needed a minute she just walked away, no response or anything. Then after 5 min minutes she says again "what are you having". I was wearing scrubs and I'm obviously working across the street you'd think you'd want to draw those customers in. I was really excited about this place but this girl just put a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Always tasty and the best smoothies in town. They could have more people working on Friday but it's worth it.

So great that Smoothie King is in the area now! Ever since Jamba left a few years ago we've been needing a new smoothie/healthy meal replacement option around. All of the employees are super nice and helpful especially since the menu is so extensive. Great options for just taste, meal replacement or specific health goals. Highly recommended. Can definitely get a little pricey though. read more
