Bora Bora is a beautiful cafe with up to date decor and plenty of seating. It's spacious and open, very cool and relaxing to be in. We went on a Friday, but it was not at all busy. It was an easy order, go up front, or can go to a kiosk and order. I ordered a lemon mint drink and pina colada smoothie. I will say, everything tasted very good. However, it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. There weren't any customers at the time and we waited a very long time. I was happy to see Bora Bora had a location not too far from me as I tried them in New Jersey and it was pretty good. This location is massive and looks appeasing and appealing with a fountain in the middle and lots and lots of space. However, this nice fountain had a lot of garbage( wrapping paper, forks, spoons and even toys) so maintenance needs work. Service is also lacking as I got in there and I had a child with me who didn't know what to get so we looked at the menu for a bit ( and the young man didn't even acknowledge our existence and looked incredibly annoyed and bored) Once we ordered he didn't say anything either. The good is that their smoothies and bowls are good ( maybe on the sweeter side and also not sure if it is that healthy as nothing is disclosed about what's in that coconut bowl ) I would go again and probably will but they need better service and maintenance. read more

Be for real, the first picture with the two bowls is what it's advertised as. I paid for a large smoothie bowl, this is a small if anything. It even looks like it could be a smaller portion than the small size with how little it's filled. It's not even filled halfway. $18 for about five spoonfuls. This is a joke i couldn't even help but laugh at how sad this bowl looks. That's like an hour worth of me working just to enjoy this mini portion. I wouldn't even be tripping if this was the first time its happened but they've started giving smaller portions and ripping customers off more and more overtime. The worst part is i'm sure they're not gonna do anything about it. 1 star for the service as i walked in right when uber eats said my order was ready for pickup, when i got there it was pretty empty and they said they're barely making it. The menu has a wide selection of smoothies, fancy milkshakes, bowls, and waffle- or crepe-based desserts. Service was friendly. We ordered an iced shaken matcha, and iced latte, a vanilla ice cream for the kids, and a coco nut bowl. The matcha was tasty and refreshing; however, I asked for less sugar and they did full sugar. My wife enjoyed her iced latte with a shot of vanilla. The kids enjoyed the ice cream. The smoothie bowl was tasty enough thanks to the almond butter and granola, but the coconut sorbet lacked flavor. I will say that this place seems overpriced, at least as far as some of the drinks. $10 or $11 for a smoothie seems kind of high, but I guess that's the going price these days. Terribly slow service. I waited 2 hours for one sandwhich and bowl and have the timestamps to prove it. They didn't tell me they didn't have the sandwhich I had ordered until 30 minutes had passed. Then said pick any other sandwhich I want. Then I waited an hour for my replacement sandwhich, which I won't lie was delicious, but was cold and I'm not sure if it was supposed to be or not. The bowl took 2 hours and they gave me the wrong bowl at the end. They gave me a basic acai bowl and not the Bora nut bowl, and not the matcha and lavender I paid to have added on. I specifically wanted the flaxseed and pumpkin seed and stuff the bora nut bowl offered, not a basic acai bowl I can get literally anywhere. It looked like only the cashier girl cared but it looked like her hands were tied about it. I also don't know if her looking frustrated at the guys for not making it was fake or not, but if it wasn't, she was the only one who cared. But it looked like they had her basically pigeonheld to the register, if that wasn't all fake. If it wasn't a ploy, then I truly feel bad for her and hope she gets a new job with better people. Idk if this was racially motivated and maybe I'm reaching here and i apologize if I am wrong, but it's interesting I'm the only white woman there in an Arab place. I literally only didn't speak up because of white guilt lol. I saw like 4+ crowds of people come and go while I was there, everyone got their food before me. Even app orders. I had come from the gym across the street, I drive 45 minutes each way for that gym, and decided ri treat myself for signing up for personal training but nooo. This was the ultimate bad luck because I unexpectedly had a very long day before this, since I was also at the gym across the street at 3am this morning, drove home, got home at 5, and then my boyfriend decided we're going to Chinatown 50 miles away at 6am, so I drove him 100 miles starting at 6am after only having just gotten back from the gym, and then I had a personal training appt at 7p which I went to and that's when I came to Bora bora after. Needless to say, it had already been a veeeeery long day and thus just made it an even looooooonger day and I was not planning or trying to have my day this long whatsoever.
