My champion runner stepsons have shopped here for years and they were great with me a 61- year old wish-i-were-able-to-run-more runner too. They can help you get racing spikes or marshmallow-soft training shoes or choose the nicest color (that matters to some people) in a style that suits your feet. Used to live in the city Lincoln Park and got great service at Fleet Feet. Happy to find someplace even better in Western Suburbs!!!

The customer service was horrible at first but then another sales associate helped us. I did find…read more2 pairs of shoes but after leaving the store I found that I was overcharged $30 for one pair. I called the store and the sales associate apologized and said she was crediting my card the original amount charged and then charged me for the correct amount. The charge for the correct amount appeared on my credit card but the refund never did. When I called about the refund the sales associate was rude and said it might take 30 days to show up on my credit card. The refund never showed up. When I called again the store sales associate said I could come to the store and view the refund receipt and basically hung up on me. The final result is that now I have been over charged twice. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store to make sure you were not over charged.
