I used to love this location. I came here all the time until the day that a woman with an 11mo old Cane Corso came in, asked the 2 white customers if they were afraid of dogs. When I told her I was afraid and allergic, she proceeded to mock and laugh. I tried to get support form the guys behind the counter and even expressed i was never allowed to bring in my 11ib morkie. I was told they were dog friendly and even the the women and her dog were less than 2 feet from me and wouldnt respect my request that she give back a bit, Noone stepped in despite my obvious anxiety and panic. I will never go where I don't feel safe or respected. As the only black women in the store at the time, I felt dismissed and ignored despite being a regular customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Shame on the workers and security in the store at the time. All white men woth their heads down making it clear they would not help a black women in distress. read more

Good ole Curaleaf - I love this place! And this Melrose Park location rocks. I've come here a few times ever since moving to the area. This is easily my favorite dispensary. The employees here are top notch. Seriously they're so helpful, welcoming, and kind! My fav staff ever. Out of all the dispensaries I know, Curaleaf has the most frequent and best sales around, along with a huge menu of assorted cannabis products. I love the brands they carry here, especially the Select brand that I don't see too often elsewhere at my go-to locations. They have easy parking out front here, as well. I always recommend looking at the products they have before coming in and booking online so you just come in and pick up your order. This way you can take your time looking at the menu and research the products - or you can ask them in person if you prefer and not book online in advance. Love this dispensary and will always recommend it! read more

Very helpful & knowledgeable even if you haven't figured out what to buy for the sick person in your family.

George (Big guy with glasses and semi long hair) was EXTREMELY helpful with my entire experience. He went out of his way to explain some things about the items that I was purchasing and had previously purchased the day b4. I walked out a happy camper read more

False advertising showed me something totally different purple and fresh and sold me brown flat crunchy buds that expire 1 month from now . She then told me I couldn't look at it and when trying to exchange or return made me send a email that I will have to wait 1or 2 days to hear back from ! please dont waste your time 50 dollars down the drain . I wouldn't be surprised if this place is sued for false advertisement or even worse ! read more

I had been dealing with body pain for about a month and I was tired of taking over the counter medicine and didn't want to take prescription meds at the moment so I decided try cbd. I Googled dispensaries and located this one near me. When you get there you're greeted warmly and they scan your id. If you're wearing a mask they have you pull it down briefly for the camera then you enter. You can place orders online and just enter to pick them up. You can also browse around and place an order but since I was new and clueless I stopped at the desk and the young man there assisted me. He asked what I was seeking and showed me different options on a tablet. He explained the different items and answered all of the questions I had. After I made my choices he put my order in and I proceeded to the checkout area. When you get to the checkout person you give them your ID and they go to the back and retrieve your order. Payment is in cash and there are atms on-site. It was an easy process and a good experience for someone like me who had never been to a dispensary. The product the young man recommended was helpful in treating my pain so I am glad I checked this place out. read more

I had Marie and Deana provide assistance a couple months ago. I asked them to write their names on the receipt so I could review them. Then I lost the receipt. Just found it. They were awesome. Super helpful and friendly. Happy to return. read more

My initial visit was peachy. Everyone so welcoming, Sales lady was very helpful. & pleasant cashier. Upon returning, I was dissatisfied with Managements behavior. Unable & seeming uninterested to help me with my dissatisfied purchase. Being nonchalant & pushy. Rushing me out, "taking care of me" outside of the of building to shut me up. I would suggest they tell customers at purchase they're unable to EXCHANGE OR return anything even if product if faulty or not to customers liking. read more

Marie has made it a very terrible experience! I had a defective product. i initially sent an email like how I was told but decided to come in bc I hadn't received a response to my defective product. also I was told to come in if no response. Marie made me aware that she couldn't do anything and have to wait for a response but I made her aware that it had been 7 days already and still no response. she then told me that I was upset because I was detailing her what was going on and because I was explaining to her what I was told that is why she felt I was upset but I was just repeating what I was told! I did say I don't want to wait longer to get help with my defective product and she then proceeded to say I could have help you but your not letting me I couldve had skipped the wait for you but you didn't let me. so I'm very displeased with her customer service and this is not appropriate when I come here often I would think she would have more respect for paying customer. She told me I had to come back at 2pm and that the same managers will say the same thing I wanted to wait in the lobby for help and she didn't want Me to wait to get help I told her I did want to speak with the higher authority because this is unacceptable the way she told me she could've help but I was too upset ?! When Iam going through a diagnosis and trying to get my defective problem fixed! read more

Was not satisfied with my purchase. The product on the website advertised the packaging differently and even THC content which is false advertising, although it was the same product, the information and packaging about the product on the website was different from what I had received on label of the product. I called them and told them the situation and they told me to come back and they will see what they can do. Upon returning the staff were pushy, indifferent and condescending (Except for the lady who greeted me at the door she was very kind and willing). They told me they don't do any exchanges or returns but insisted on telling me to come back to the store when I called them. Wasting my time and trying to get me out the store as fast as they could. One of the idiot staff had no courtesy, was very rude and unprofessional and decided to laugh when I was trying to communicate my dissatisfaction to management. I pay way too much to be dealing with lazy management / staff who don't care and lazy website coding. Save yourself the time and money and order from another place or better yet an online vendor! ;) read more
