They also have a compassionate cannabis use program that helps out medical users who have fallen on hard times, which I think is amazing. I'm always looking to support an independent dispo over a big corporate cannabis conglomerate, and D33 is easy to support! My only minor suggestions would be to improve the POS system a bit (sometimes more complex sales/deals aren't reflected at the register and the bud tender has to do some manual work), and to bring in more classic strains in whole flower form (Blue Dream, GG, Super Silver Haze, Sour Tangie, etc.).

And God forbid if you would complain to the manager (two times) because the sniveling little weasel named Andres laughs in your face and says they need time to check the order (8 times??) so there is noting he can do about it. The staff is nice so not sure why they cannot hear a complaint and consider a solution that might work like going in order.

Their stuff does not have THC, so you're NOT going to get high! This place seems pretty popular (especially amongst seniors!) and there was always someone else shopping around while I was in there. There was only one staff person working when I walked in. She was very helpful and gave me a lot of attention after her first customer wrapped up their purchase. The prices seemed reasonable and I was able to take home samples of a couple products I was interested in, so I could try them out before committing to buying larger sizes. I don't think they make any of the products; instead, they have taken a lot of time to vet the products they have on display. Plus, the staff has tried many products and can provide anecdotal reviews.

The person on the other end of the line asks if they can do that and I hear people yelling NO! And conversations. He comes back to say no, because they closed their registers earlier than the listed time of closing. All registers were fully broken down by 3:30 pm. They were listed as closing at 8pm when I spent over an hour traveling there. I was in the weather they were closing over. This is Chicago. It snows in Chicago. It's upsetting that they would treat a disabled person with a medical condition this way. It's apparent they don't want my business.
