I would say their debit system is down at least once a week over the past few months. The staff is great and apologetic but the debit situation needs a long term fix. They advertise as being a gram - one gram of weed on the streets makes a blunt- the roll up wasn't even .6 and after a few pulls, the roll up lost its potency, I was so upset - I wrote to the head quarters and called cannabis the next day; after conveying my feelings and constantly being interrupted by the sales person on the phone who spiked to me as if she was talking to her hired help , she hung up and I get an email stating I have multiple instances of disrespectful behavior at there facility and not to come back, the woman flat lied , used her position to be vindictive, I'm not complaining- I get better flower from accend and they give you more - if they say it's a gram , 3.5, then that's what it is , I can't even smoke a lot because their (accend and consume) flower be fresh and good , don't taste like dirt , CBD infused . For years.. since before they remodeled I've been going here and consistently giving them 5 stars. I haven't been there in a while and I guess things have changed.. definitely got the worse. I placed my order, they were running a special of buy one get one 70% off "the entire store"... NOT TRUE! So I choose my stuff, online it's showing it took 70% off the vape... I drove from Rolling Meadows and they tell me "sorry the computer made a glitch" and proceeded to tell me that it's been showing people on their the mark down but that it will be full price on their end once they charge me. So I'm paying more than my order was??? The website stated that some discounts will be applied at the register, I'm thinking rewards points or some daily deal and that I might actually pay less then the total plus taxes.. But I paid more than the total because of problems with their service.. that's not right at the least and more along the lines of fake advertisement.. it said 70% off the ENTIRE store.. more than half the store was on sale. It was the day before Christmas Eve! So then I have someone trying to sell me garbage for around the same much as the good stuff I drove 40min for.. so I just paid full price for the stuff I wanted and not some cheap compromise I'd be angry at myself with for letting someone talk me into. The touch screens at the entrance are consistently awful, but the employees avoid that area like the plague. No team member is ever looking when people are having a hard time with those screens (myself included), and I see it happen every time I'm there. I've encountered 2 friendly people at most, and I've been there at least 10 times. Their website has a sticker that says something to the effect of "best cannabis business to work for, 2022." Something doesn't seem to add up here. I think it's fine to find a new dispensary. read more

The staff (Carmen is usually the staff member that I go to) is very knowledgeable of all their products guiding you to find the natural item you need be it salve, tincture etc etc. Safety is a big concern for me.
