I bought a downstem and top bowl for it, went home and alas...the downstem was too long. So on this rainy rainy saturday the thirtieth I came back with my downstem, my receipt and the somewhat grimy bong, and the guy was super chill. Terrible pipe shop. Every pipe I have bought from this place (3 in total) has broke within 1 week. One broke literally within 2 hours. Don't waste your money here. Go up north and get yourself a pipe that will last years. They also sell their free samples of hemp wick which is really shady. If you pull the price tag stickers off the little $2 hemp wicks you'll see it says free sample. I also bought a smell concealing container from this store which the clerk highly recommended. I used to live on loomis so this smoke shop was the closest to me. But not only that, the place was not cluttered with no sense. If you choose to do business over here, you are able to no where to go for what you came in for. Hookah flavor, coals, pipes and other accessories, you can see them displayed. The prices are high 2 most of the competitors, but you gain that in the convenience of how close it is, and the knowledge from all the associates. Whenever I asked all the associates over here, I've gotten nothing but just pure Knowledge from them. They like to inform customers but only if they ask questions, they don't like customers with miscellaneous details and specifics, so if you are looking at detailed questions or generic questions, then this place is where to go. There's this one employee, I believe his name is Andrew, but he is by far the best Associated talk to. When you walk in, he make sure that the customer is greeted, direct them to what that customers looking for, offers some suggestions to what he has tried before, specially for hookah flavors, and if you listen to his advice, then for beginners or for people who smoke more often, you will most likely find some thing that you did not know about from him. Watch out for the owner here. We spent over $200 to buy a bong and realized 5 minutes later that they forgot to give us our receipt and that it wasn't the right one we were looking for. We came back literally within 5 minutes and was told no returns. We hadn't opened the item or anything. The owner lied and told me that he was not the owner and that there was no manager for me to speak to. He refused to give us our money back and then changed his story and admitted that he was the owner. He was super rude and told us that it wasn't his job to tell us the return policy when the sale was made and then turned his back to us. When we asked why he lied to us initially stating that he wasn't the owner, he said "I just did." Never going to this place again!!! Beware of these people! read more

A total rip off: I bought a bong from here last week for $45. After a week of extremely gentle care the bowl cracked and shattered on the second day we had it, the neck cracked on the first day, and I just now woke up to find the bong had cracked in the night without being touched and now I have water all over my floor and a bunch of cracked glass. A bunch of over-priced Chinese import glass with crappy seals that'll crack even if the pipe tips over on carpet. $300 for some Chinese bong that you can find online for $35??That's a rip off. I confronted the owner about this... Showed him the same exact pipe he had prices at $300 in store on my phone for $35 online and he got irate. I'm giving it 3stars bc I came in looking for cbd but they didnt have much of a variety. Their vape selection is very slim as well. They have a nice size selection of glass pipes and water pipes though. They also have a decent size variety of nicotine vape juices. Prices were decent and the clerk was super cool. I wish they had more product in the store bc he MAKES the store. Because of him, I feel bad giving 3 stars, but like I said, the selection just wasn't there. I mean the store is named "pipes and stuff", so it makes sense that's the main thing they sell, but I did call first and the person told me they had a good selection. Turns out our versions of "good selection" are not the same. Quality service though. Relaxed atmosphere and will work with you on price. Oh and they had the concentrate attachment for my vape pen and extra chargers for 510 thread vape pens bc I had forgot mine (I'm from South Carolina). So I did end u pl purchasing a few things. Oh and I think they can custom order stuff and they are open to suggestions of brands to carry. I'd visit again if I lived here. read more
