PLACE SELLS FAKE JUUL PODS..... (but it gets much worse from there) The woman working in the store sold me JUUL pods yesterday. The box looked off so I EVEN asked if they are fake, and she looked me in the face lied and "no we order them from JUUL". Went home and sure enough the pods are all leaking, the liquid is inside is much darker than it should be and all around obviously fake. I went back today understandably annoyed asking for my money back. Instead of being apologetic the same girl aggressively told me "they are not fucking fake". I told her to go to JUUL.com and look for herself at what real ones look like and she refused to do so.... I then asked to have her call her manager which she also refused. Only after I threatened to call the cops did she go to the back and gave me a real box of pods. Which look much different than the ones in the front for sale. Oh and she told me to "FUCK OFF and never come back" as I was leaving. SAVE your money and go to Smoke times a block away, unlike Ash's they are not going to scam you. read more

A complete failure. They offered to order a part for a vaporizer. 3-4 days, they said. They'd call. 5 days later, I called and they didn't have it. Another 3-4 days, they said. 10 days later, I called. "Oh, yes, we just got it." so I went in. They didn't have it. Could they get it? Oh yes. 3-4 days, they said.
