Hookah & hookah tobacco options. Very nice guy, knowledgeable about his products. I went across the street first since I picked up food at KWok & Gudino's, both offering good quality food - the Luv 2 Smoke Guys were super rude! I'd avoid them. Not a place that wants business. Recently, I purchased a product that malfunctioned and made me feel unwell. When I requested a refund, I was informed that store policy prevents refunds for this type of product, as the store "can't take the loss." While I understand policies are in place for a reason, I believe customer service and loyalty should weigh heavily in these situations. As someone who values supporting local businesses and has consistently chosen to spend my money here, I'm disappointed by the lack of effort to make this right--even after reaching out directly. Retaining a loyal customer should mean more than sticking rigidly to a policy, and I had hoped for a resolution that reflected my long-term support for your business.

Random stop to see their glass pipes. The storefront and layout has updated so photos posted here…read moreare outdated. It's possible ownership had changed hands. The street signage is lousy. Might as well put the old one back. The new one looks like it was composed in Microsoft Paint by a 'tagger' still in elementary school phases. So the graphics & sizing weren't properly planned and the graphic is too small for most to comprehend. The layout of the store is flipped & centered more on smoking accessories and fewer convenience store items. The store is howered in the brightest led light. Small head shop with unique glass pipes and the different smoking accessories. Few brands of herb & cart vapes, newer shorter bongs and rigs. Pricing is all over but the proprietor ensures, "you should feel happy when you leave. We can work a little on the pricing, so take your time and choose." That's good to know since listed prices can raise the brow. The selection is interesting though. I like intriguing chillum and bowls with a long stem. They have a few double blown pipes that react to heat when lit. So the stem illuminates as you draw. This and other unique pipes are available. For the collector, a few cool finds.
