I use to buy all my vape supplies from this store as well, until they sold me a faulty vape and…read morerefused to replace it. On July 3, 2025 I purchased a vape here, and then went out of town for the weekend for the holiday. When I opened the vape, it had no taste except a burnt taste. I could not even use it, because it tasted so horrible. When I returned on Monday, I went back to the store, and the manager was not there. I explained to the associate that was there what happened, and he called the manager/owner to review with him. I requested only to exchange the vape with the exact same brand and flavor, and did not request any money back, and showed him that the vape was still on 100% indicating I had not used it. The associate tells me "No we cannot exchange that, but I can sell you another one". I explained to him that I was in there every week/every other week, and was a loyal regular customer. He still told me no he would not exchange it for a working vape. I then told him I will not buy a new one, and that they should have a sign posted to inform customers that there are no refunds/exchanges even if the item is broken upon purchase, and that they will now lose a loyal weekly customer. The associate just shrugged his shoulders, and walked away. I walked out, and told him I would never return and I have not. If you purchase from this store, and they sell you broken items, there is no customer service at that point. Sure they are really nice when your actively buying things, but there is no accountability when they sell you broken products. Enter at your own risk with this place.

I've been meaning to visit Evolve for Inner Peace for a while, and I finally had the chance when my…read moregrandnephews came to visit. They're curious, bright kids who love to learn, so I thought it would be fun to bring them to pick out crystals and ask about a mysterious rock that showed up in our yard--possibly a meteorite! When I looked at the website that morning and saw they had a music room, I was thrilled--I'm just beginning my own sound healing journey and have started collecting instruments like crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes. What happened during our visit was something I couldn't have planned, and I'm still in awe of it. We were welcomed so warmly, and while we were browsing, my younger nephew found the music room and was greeted by the kindest soul--Chloe. She truly made our visit magical. Her kindness, passion, and care created a memory for us I will always treasure. The boys were fascinated by the instruments, and we all learned so much. I feel like the universe gifted us this moment--and it gave me a way to introduce my new passion to my family in such a natural and joyful way. We each left with meaningful stones, a deeper appreciation for the healing power of music, and a sense of connection that I hope continues to grow. Everyone we met was kind and helpful--but truly, the brightest gem in the whole shop was Chloe. Her energy, presence, and generosity of spirit turned our visit into something magical. I hope Evolve continues to attract and retain team members like her--people who not only know their stuff but share it with heart. What a gift she is to your space. I can't wait to return!

But I felt like I needed to write this, as a thanks to the employees who helped me today. so I went into uncle Stu's on my little brothers recommendation to pick up some kratom. I knew it was going to be more expensive than what I'm used to (65 for a kilo), and it was. But the two guys who were working were super nice, even though i was prolly a little (unintentionally) rude. I asked for 40grams of their red maeng da. Dude said it would be 45, but then gave me a 5 dollar discount. That was nice enough, and I said thanks and I appreciated it. However, when I got home, and weighed the bag they gave me, it weighed out to 200g's. That's quite the hook up, and I have a feeling they did it on purpose. I foolishly said I'd never come back cause it was too expensive, but if you don't buy online like I do, I HIGHLY suggest going here. The staff is great, and as you can see, they take care of their customers, even when they're cantankerous and (unintentionally) rude like I was.
