Next to the Jewel tucked in a corner. Sign says 'Smoke Shop' above the building. Walk in, all the flavors are on the wall, and a testing bar station. They have about 20 tobacco flavors, 20 menthol flavors, drink flavors, dessert flavors etc. They make all their flavors in house or at their South Elgin location. They have 0, 6, 12, 18, and 24 for nicotein strengths. They can customize for you and go down to 3 if you need. Personal favorites: Menthol X, Captain Jack, and N Port, and Tobacco Road. Staff were nice and they use the five star app for rewards.

But I felt like I needed to write this, as a thanks to the employees who helped me today. so I went into uncle Stu's on my little brothers recommendation to pick up some kratom. I knew it was going to be more expensive than what I'm used to (65 for a kilo), and it was. But the two guys who were working were super nice, even though i was prolly a little (unintentionally) rude. I asked for 40grams of their red maeng da. Dude said it would be 45, but then gave me a 5 dollar discount. That was nice enough, and I said thanks and I appreciated it. However, when I got home, and weighed the bag they gave me, it weighed out to 200g's. That's quite the hook up, and I have a feeling they did it on purpose. I foolishly said I'd never come back cause it was too expensive, but if you don't buy online like I do, I HIGHLY suggest going here. The staff is great, and as you can see, they take care of their customers, even when they're cantankerous and (unintentionally) rude like I was.

I tried to assemble the products and I was having a hard time getting it to work. The owners son was so nice and went out of his way to help us in the parking lot even though the store was closed. Unfortunately, stuff happens and the tank wound up being faulty. After a few days of minimal communication because of my job, Khan did everything he could to reach out to me and rectified the situation.
