I tried to assemble the products and I was having a hard time getting it to work. The owners son was so nice and went out of his way to help us in the parking lot even though the store was closed. Unfortunately, stuff happens and the tank wound up being faulty. After a few days of minimal communication because of my job, Khan did everything he could to reach out to me and rectified the situation. You don't find many places that have this many options at the price points I saw. I'm a huge Fuente fan and they had sticks that aren't easy to find (unless you're online or want to buy a box.) The lounge is a decent size; plenty of TVs and larger seats line the walls. They also sell soda, water and chips (which I loved) and stay open until midnight on the weekend. The proprietor came around to change the ashtrays consistently, and was very knowledgeable about the cigars. I didn't need any help, but it's always a plus when the staff is attentive and knows their stuff. Highly recommend if you're in the Aurora area.
