Great clean welcoming environment! Kaden was super kind and helpful as i navigated the diverse menu and made a customized drink. The owner was so kind and offered different levels of sweetness and was even willing to remake it for me if it were too/not sweet enough. The drink was perfect! I even bought two fun keychains for $1 and split a delicious strawberry sweet roll that came straight from japan per the owner. Of course one evening I just HAD to have a bubble tea, and remembered this little shop I saw while shopping one day. The atmosphere inside was very cute, and was nicely cleaned. Ordering was easy, and since we were the only ones there, it was very quick! I ordered the dragonfruit bubble tea with extra boba and it was incredible! The only downside was the other treat we ordered was not available, so we replaced it with the chocolate chip cookies which were rock hard and not very fresh. This place is THE BEST!! I love just about everything that I've had. My favorite drinks are milk tea with boba or a smoothie with popping boba. The workers are always coming up with great drinks! If you want to find the best Boba tea in Saint Charles, this is the place. You can choose what kind of Boba goes in your drink, they have both regular and popping Boba. They say they open at one but due to staff shortages sometimes they don't open until about 130 or two. I have not run into any problems getting Boba when I plan to go at two instead of being there right when it opens. What you think of as Boba tea is milk tea, they also offer fruit tea which looks pretty good. i've been going there for a week straight pretty much every day because I can't get enough of their Boba. read more

Been wanting a boba milk tea since I got back from Hawaii. I finally found a spot that sells them. I ordered the regular flavor. It was better than what I had in Hawaii. Very refreshing and easy to drink. The young lady says she makes the boba fresh every morning! It makes a difference. If you have never had boba tea, it's an experience you need to try. I was excited to try this place when I found out they had a few bubble tea flavors on their menu! I've been here a couple times now and every time has been great. Staff are very friendly. I've tried their almond milk tea, thai iced coffee and taro milk tea all with tapioca and the flavors do not disappoint. I've come a couple times before work (night shift) to grab a thai iced coffee bubble tea and the caffeine keeps me awake. I'd have to say it's my favorite! They have a few food items as well but so far I've only had the scallion pancakes and the fish waffle (no ice cream). Both really good! It does take time for the food to be made but that's because they make it to order so it's fresh and delish! Can't wait to try the other items on their menu! read more

A Taiwanese owned ice cream and bubble tea place! It's a perfect stop after biking walking along Fox River ! Rolled ice cream is fun and yummy to eat in a hot summer day. The boba in the freeze or milk tea has good texture, cooked perfectly! The downside right now is due to pandemic, there's only curb side ordering, so we can't see the making of the rolled ice cream. This shop is located in a very nice shopping center. We went there on a rainy afternoon. The sign on the store said that we can just stay in the car, and they will come and take our order. The very nice assistant came and try to take our order at least three times before we finally made the decision. He was very professional and very courteous, patiently explaining to us the different kinds of drinks. All the drinks we ordered were extremely tasty. I especially liked the lychee flavored drink that I ordered. That was probably the best lychee drink that I had in western suburbs. When someone came out to ask about our satisfaction, I had a chance to chat with her. She shared with me that the owner did put in a lot of thought into improving the menu and their product. For example, she insists on using the top quality fresh fruits for the drinks. Even though it takes A lot more effort, the owner would choose to cook the tapioca on a daily basis as a way to ensure the quality of the drinks. I also tried the folded ice cream that my children ordered. They came with different toppings and were very flavorful as well. We thought the "turtle" one was the best. You can order it without nuts, which we did. The only bad thing that I have to complain is the fact that this shop is too far from my house and I cannot come more often! read more
