Dragonfruit Fruit Tea with Mango Popping Boba and Rainbow Jelly.

Stopped by here as I was in the area and was looking for coffee shops first. Looking for coffee shops Brew N Bubble popped up and I thought it was cool they had Bubble Tea as well. This is located in the same parking lot as Walmart/Sams Club. After going in, the inside was a definitely a spot I can see those who want to take pictures would enjoy. Like many other Bubble Tea spots the setup can provide some good photos for people. Going in I wanted a coffee but ended up getting the Dragonfruit Fruit Tea with Mango Popping Boba and Rainbow Jelly. Loved everything about it. Noticed they also serve Caribou Coffee and have various other drinks as well. When I went it was only one girl working around 1:45ish on a Tuesday and it was getting busy. She did a great job getting the orders done and constantly still having a smile. One of the better bubble tea spots in the area in my opinion. I will definitely be back!!!!!

Amazing bubble tea place! The atmosphere was so cute, very quiet and chill. The boba was great! I got a brown sugar bubble tea with tapioca. The front receptionist was so sweet and explained to me the difference between the shaken and blended tea. The cups are even shaped like little bears! So cute. The tea tastes great, has a hint of a coffee taste, and the perfect amount of sweetness. Tapioca was cooked perfect

So this shop just opened last Friday so we had to check it out. First of all, the decor is really cool! It has a really nice atmosphere with really well lit neutral colors. Second, considering it's Halloween today, they have some cool decor for the day. Third, the menu is really cool! The shop offers Caribou Coffee, which is great to have for this area. The price of it was very affordable (under $6 for a large with boba). But, I forgot to ask if that's the permanent price or if it's the grand opening price. But it doesn't even matter if the prices go up to the usual boba price, it's so good! We bought one large Hola Horchata with boba and a medium Caribou Caramel Macchiato with boba. I tasted both drinks and they were so good! I can't wait to go back. They have a ton of options and even food too! I gotta try them all!

The drinks were so good! I had the strawberry horchata with Tapioca. This place has the best tapioca it's so flavorful and added perfectly to the drink. It's a nice vibe inside also. The sitting areas are fun and good places to take cute pictures! I also like how they sell plushies they were so cute.

This is a one stop spot for drinks. Hands down to one of the best bubble Tea's and Smoothies. I ordered Lychee/Coconut with Mango pop and my daughter ordered Mocha Bubble Tea with espresso shot, both drinks were tasty and light. Great ambiance and decor. Definitely will visit again.

    Nice place to take pictures

Dear Coffee Haus Owner,…read more I'm disappointed with my recent experiences at your business, and it's especially unfortunate because I've been a customer since the days when your predecessor first started the business. I still remember seeing the old man at Costco carefully picking out the best kiwis. Those memories are part of what made Coffee Haus special to me, which is why it's disappointing to see some of these issues. I recently stopped by your South Elgin location, and I'd like to share a few concerns. First and foremost, as a business owner, I believe customers should receive the exact change they are owed. Please don't tell customers that there are no pennies and simply round the change down. If you are unable to provide exact change, the customer should not be the one losing money. At the very least, the amount should be rounded in the customer's favor. Better yet, make sure the register has the necessary change to give customers the correct amount. Second, when I place an order and am told that there is no tapioca, it's extremely frustrating. If a particular ingredient is essential to the products you advertise and serve, it seems reasonable to expect that you would have adequate inventory to meet customer demand. Finally, please address the condition of the bathroom. It was unpleasantly smelly and did not feel clean or presentable. I also noticed what appeared to be gang-related markings on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom is part of the customer experience, and its condition can leave a lasting impression about the overall cleanliness and management of a restaurant. I'm sharing this because I have a history with Coffee Haus and genuinely want to see the business maintain the quality and reputation that made customers like me keep coming back. I hope you'll take these concerns seriously and make the necessary changes.

There's some quite unusual flavors so you can come back a few times. Coming here the first time it was kind of confusing. It's located on one side of the entrance. There's a bit of a passage to get through. Has mostly gelatos. There's also a few sorbets at times. It's about $5 a scoop, but there's much more than just bowls and cones. They make milkshakes and even have hot and iced coffee including Turkish. Crepes are one of the main items. These are filled with chocolate, Nutella, or basically whatever. Also they have dip sticks, which is fruit on skewers dipped in chocolate. They also make lava cake and other big items. Got a lot of sweet stuff to both drink and eat. It's located on Douglas close to Highland. There's a lot of more unusual flavors, along with more common ones, so it has a pretty big variety.
