This is such a nice bobba shop with delicious drinks + cupcakes!!! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great place to relax and chat. On our most recent visit we were able to purchase the highly desired Labubus. Ecstatic!!

This place is absolutely adorable! The drink I got was super tasty -- rich, creamy, and refreshing. The cup design is SO cute (look at those little mascots ), and the whole vibe here is cozy and welcoming. The staff were really sweet and helpful too. Can't wait to come back and try more flavors!

Came here on the fourth of July and it was perfect addition to the fireworks all around me. The place very clean and the decor is updated with the latest Asian trends, including the music. 10ish of us guys were here and we got our orders very quickly! The woman working was very nice and actually took a last minute order even after the official closing time. If you speak Chinese, she was also okay taking the order in Mandarin. Food is aesthetically pleasing and very flavorful. If this shop were in LA or SGV, it would fit right in with the popular boba shops there. Comes in a nice bag too.

First time trying this place and I'm definitely coming back!! I've tried all the boba places in Schaumburg, South Elgin, Hanover etc this place is the best. I got the matcha milk tea and the brown sugar milk tea and they were both so good. The tapioca is super soft and the drinks were just the right amount of sweet. They even ask you to try the drink before you leave so you for sure are satisfied with your drink. The price is pretty good too. It costs just like any other boba place and the surprise cup is just around $2 extra. They also have special deals with their plushies. This place is a must try!

Dear Coffee Haus Owner,…read more I'm disappointed with my recent experiences at your business, and it's especially unfortunate because I've been a customer since the days when your predecessor first started the business. I still remember seeing the old man at Costco carefully picking out the best kiwis. Those memories are part of what made Coffee Haus special to me, which is why it's disappointing to see some of these issues. I recently stopped by your South Elgin location, and I'd like to share a few concerns. First and foremost, as a business owner, I believe customers should receive the exact change they are owed. Please don't tell customers that there are no pennies and simply round the change down. If you are unable to provide exact change, the customer should not be the one losing money. At the very least, the amount should be rounded in the customer's favor. Better yet, make sure the register has the necessary change to give customers the correct amount. Second, when I place an order and am told that there is no tapioca, it's extremely frustrating. If a particular ingredient is essential to the products you advertise and serve, it seems reasonable to expect that you would have adequate inventory to meet customer demand. Finally, please address the condition of the bathroom. It was unpleasantly smelly and did not feel clean or presentable. I also noticed what appeared to be gang-related markings on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom is part of the customer experience, and its condition can leave a lasting impression about the overall cleanliness and management of a restaurant. I'm sharing this because I have a history with Coffee Haus and genuinely want to see the business maintain the quality and reputation that made customers like me keep coming back. I hope you'll take these concerns seriously and make the necessary changes.

Parking was a bit difficult in this part of town. They had an ordering kiosk but one could ring a bell for someone to come over if you'd prefer to pay cash. They offer a variety of topping styles on top of their classic rolled ice cream. The ice cream itself is condensed milk placed on a frozen plate that gets neatly spread out to freeze into its ice cream state. The workers then roll it up and place into a bowl before adding your toppings. It was fun to see and delicious to eat. The ice cream flavors tend to be straight forward chocolate or vanilla since it comes from the condensed milk. Either way, the experience is fun and this is a cute shop.

Neither were too sweet. They also had mango smoothie or other milk teas if you want a different kind of variety. And they had free water and different flavored milk teas. It's worth the buzz/craze. Solid A

We used to enjoy ordering from…read morehere, but the quality and service have noticeably declined while the prices have continued to climb. Our most recent order was the breaking point. The rice was hard and crunchy, and, much more concerning, we were served chicken that appeared undercooked. At that point, this went beyond simply being disappointed with the food. We called the restaurant to let them know what happened and give them an opportunity to address it. Instead of listening to the complaint or trying to make things right, the person we spoke with became rude and argumentative, raised their voice, accused us of lying, and ultimately told us not to come back. That was honestly more disappointing than the bad meal itself. Mistakes happen in restaurants, and we understand that. How you respond when a customer respectfully brings a legitimate concern to your attention says a lot. Between the declining food quality, higher prices, and especially the way our concern was handled, we won't be returning. After being explicitly told not to come back, I suppose that decision was made pretty easy for us.
