Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. With over 40 years in the pool building business, it's clear he genuinely cares about his clients and stands behind his work and customer satisfaction. Their follow-up on even minor issues was clear, concise, and prompt. Since all pool builders rely on subcontractors, responsiveness after installation is important, and Wells Pools was impeccable in that regard. We also appreciated the broad tile selection available, along with the knowledgeable experts at the tile manufacturer who helped guide the design choices. Our backyard has a very awkward shape, but Andrew designed a pool layout that not only fit the space perfectly, but also added dimension and improved the overall look of the yard. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY. Let's start with the basics: every single time I call, they act like my account is part of some secret witness protection program. They can never find it. Not once. Not quickly. Not without me repeating the same information like I'm reading lines in a hostage video. Now onto the disaster that pushed me over the edge. We had a pool leak. Pool Time recommended Leak detection, they came out, pointed to a spot I already knew wasn't the issue, but whatever--Pool Time took their sweet time (about two weeks) to show up. When they finally did, they dug a 4x4 crater in my yard next to the pool like they were searching for buried treasure. As you can tell from the pictures, they also used an old table I had in a trash pile along with my ladder to cover the freaking hole. Knowing damn good and well that I have a dog. Shockingly, there was no leak there. Leak detection returned, admitted their mistake, sent corrected paperwork... and Pool Time? Radio silence. Absolute crickets. No call. No scheduling. No urgency. No accountability. Just a giant hole sitting there like modern art. I've called multiple times. Left messages. Followed up. And every single time, they STILL can't find my address or contract. It's like dealing with customer service powered by a Magic 8 Ball. Meanwhile, my pool is turning green--because someone, for reasons unknown to humanity, turned off the pumps during the hottest week of the year. So now I have a swamp, a crater, and a company that apparently doesn't believe in returning calls. Their customer service isn't just bad--it's nonexistent. It's a void. A black hole where competence goes to die. If you value your sanity, your time, your money, or the color blue in your pool, stay far, far away.
