The shop is beautiful and staff friendly. Oh, and there is a "bar!" However, services are on the upper end of expensive. Add-on charges for nail polish removal, and polishing toes after paying for premium service is annoying. Was told this is done to give customers more options? Seems like these fees should be included. Paying $60+ for a pedicure should include the polish. Guess this is now the norm.

I had been sitting for 2 hours already and couldn't wait to just leave so I didn't even say anything . Mind you I was charged an extra $5 for this supposed Almond shape when it's already crazy over priced. Pedicure crooked and bumpy . My boyfriend asked me why I did my own toes since I was at the salon for so long and when I told him it wasn't me he started laughing at me and said " They for you " . My nail beds are in pain from all rough handling, my cuticles are throbbing from all the cuts. And the kicker is they never even once offered me a cup Of water , yet their whole thing is complimentary , Coffe , juice , tea , etc. they offered it to other customers, even some husbands, but not to me.. it was my first time there I was very polite, didn't ask for anything to be fixed, didn't complain , I don't understand why they didn't offer me a cup of water . After 1.5 hours there and seeing everyone else offered drinks , I did say I would like an iced coffee to my nail tech and she ignored me like she ignored the picture of the nail shape and style I wanted LMAO. First time in my life I did not leave a tip and I was still Going to buy the owner said tips are only cash and was pointing for me to go get cash from his little ATM machine so he could make money off of the ATM charges . So I said u know what that's enough . Yuicapa wake up !! They're literally laughing at your faces. I'm not from here and see what's going on , this would not be acceptable anywhere else.

The man who did my nails kept filling my nails down was too much. This leads to brittle nails and even after speaking up he kept doing so. I just felt like all around it wasn't a precise job. I was grateful that I was able to get worked in and out in a timely manner. Less than a week after getting my nails done I'm already experiencing chipping. I am a healthcare worker so I am using hand sanitizer and washing my hands a bit more frequently than the average person however. I will probably shop around prior to coming back again.

They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the exact color I want, plus they're never trying to sloppily rush through the appointment like so many places I've been - they actually care that my nails look bomb. I was told that there was an opening around 12 PM. It seems that mornings are the busiest, so if you go I highly suggest calling ahead of time or if you are willing to wait, you can sit or explore the nearby area. There are good food spots near this salon and there are shopping centers extremely closeby. Theresa helped me and she was extremely nice and I loved the french manicure she did on me. I came to this salon a second time on a Friday as well, only this time I called ahead. When I arrived near the time of my scheduled appointment, I was sat down almost immediately, no waiting extra. This was also my experience the first time. Winnie did my deluxe manicure the second time I was here and I loved it. I thoroughly enjoy the extra add-ons to a manicure such as the massage and paraffin wax. She did a great job at massaging my arm and helping me relax. The paraffin wax they use smells like peaches and it makes the skin on your hands and arms feel soft afterwards. I showed Winnie a reference picture of some nails I found online. She was so dedicated to making sure it came out as close as possible to the reference, that she had assistance from another nail tech to do the flower designs to make sure it came out perfect. I appreciated the dedication to detail and service. The picture is the final result and I ADORE how it came out! I love a simple short nail manicure and this place delivered the result I wanted. I have definitely found my new favorite nail salon in Redlands and will plan to come back again.

Then she drew the thinnest French tip line for my pedicure. They were so ugly! I know I should have said something but I was waiting for it to be over, she was nice but she also looked really tired. Otherwise the service wasn't bad, they were nice; the techs didn't hurt my toes, & the wait times weren't that bad.

This time there was literally a bubble of blood he painted around, and I have three cut cuticles three days before my wedding. The last time I was cut I looked past it because the nail design was perfect Barbie themed, better than I was even anticipating, but this time I asked for pearl chrome and even after I said I wanted it more white it ended up too pink. He looked like he was going to drill it all off and restart at least to get a more white base but at that point I didn't want the drill anywhere near me again so I told him to leave it. At this point I wish I never had gone and got press ons instead. TLDR beautiful colors but be very clear with them what you want and ask them to be gentle

When I arrived for my appt I was barely greeted, and there seemed to be confusion on the services I requested. The girl who seemed like she was in charge barely made eye contact, and there was very little interaction with customers other than those she seemed to know personally. When I called to request the appt I was told someone would be able to work on both my feet and hands simultaneously, but the one girl who was available didn't appear interested and so I had to wait until another nail tech was done to receive service, and unfortunately she seemed to be overworked as well. The lady performing my pedicure did not do a thorough job, and my manicure obviously did not have enough time to cure--something I realized once I arrived at my car to find a few of my nails appearing matte rather than with the appropriate coat. After my services were performed, I stood and waited for someone to check me out for at least a few minutes before anyone even looked up, and could have walked out without payment if I was a less conscientious individual. Due to a lack of time and heading out for a trip, I didn't have time to return to ask them to redo the gel, and sure enough by Monday morning both my thumb "gel" nails had peeled off, and by Thursday two other fingers on each hand have began peeling as well. I will be returning to request some level of refund for services as I paid $85 for the services!! I wanted to give them a chance as they are not too far, but due to the poor customer service and low quality product I will never frequent them again, unfortunately.
