I had my appointment at 12:30pm and waited 30 minutes and still wasn't seen. Their appointment system doesn't work if they are busy. I suggest you go somewhere else if you're trying to make on time to an event. read more

I like this place. They have always been nice to me. I like this place because they do gel pedicures. My last visit I called a hour before they closed for a gel mani/pedi and they accommodated me. They are a bit pricy tho. I still like this place. read more

Too over priced! You can't use there gel colors as regular. Any little thing you add is more. A lot more. Will never go back. There's too many good nail spots that do better design for a better price. read more

My nails turned out pretty good!!! My only problem was the color did fade and lose the clear coat within two days.

It was super busy so apparently no one except me is aware of the law that you can't use the same nail file or buffer on two clients, let alone a month or more. the nail files are dirty and used and so are the buffers. The towels have holes in them. It's just a dump. I got a manicure and no cuticle pushing, no cuticle oil either. Not impressed at all. read more

I have only been there once and the lady that did my nails and toes did a great job! She was really precise and I got regular polish on my nails no they lasted for two weeks! Which is pretty long time for regular polish and not gel. But the guy there that did my friends nails did a really bad job. He watched T.V the whole time doing her nails and they were sloppy and didn't last long before they chipped! If you do go, get one of the girls because the guy there does a very bad job! read more

I was told by my girl friend to come in and try this place and I wasn't sure what to expect but I am impressed. I got acrylic and gel with design and my technician was destiny she did a fabulous job. She was very friendly and communicated with me really well. The service was welcoming and the work was good, I do see myself coming back. The parking is easy and they accept credit cards. read more

My first time going here was yesterday, i was taking in within 5 min and got jennifer as my tech she was polite and did a great and quick job on my nails. I willbbe back difinately, she did a great job on tthe design i wanted. 2 thumbs up! read more

Dirty nail salon with rude nail techs. If you are unhappy with something, expect to get to get a rude response back. Will not be returning or recommending anyone to go here. read more

I really like this place. Yes they can be pricey but they do a good job and I feel it's worth the cost. They are extremely busy so even with appointments there is normally a wait, but I've never encountered anyone being rude like some of the other reviewers. read more

The ladies here are amazing, they do such an amazing job especiall when it comes to designing the nail.

I got a deluxe pedicure, along with a friend and my mom, my friend started first me 2nd mom 3rd, I spent the whole time literally being harassed about upgrades at first I answered Helen but finally started ignoring her, this did not stop her. I was finished with my pedicure about 15 or 30 minutes before my friend who started first. I feel completely ripped off for my pedicure. They got 2 stars because she did an awesome job on my fill but she still tried hard to get me to upgrade. Won't be back. read more

I really loved my first experience here. My nail tech was Jenny. She was so nice, friendly, funny and really did an awesome job on my gel manicure! I went on a Wednesday afternoon, walked in and was quickly seated. Thank you for the fast service! However they do recommend you always make an appointment as they are always busy. I can't wait to go again in 2 weeks :) read more

I went to Botanic Nails at the recommendation of two of my friends. Their gel nails were well done and had lasted longer than anywhere else they'd been to. Even the best manicures I've gotten have not lasted very long, but after two weeks my gel nails still haven't chipped or peeled. I'll definitely be returning. read more

They do an extremely great job. It's not too far from my house so I go very often and I'm never disappointed with my results! read more

Helen always does a great job on my nails! She does awesome designs. I always get compliments on my nails.

Usually when I come on Yelp it's just to read reviews but not this time. I signed up just to do a review for Tina. Tina took the time to look at the design I wanted and had quoted a price before we began. I felt relaxed knowing the price first hand. My acrylics came out perfect I have no complaints with the style or price. I work as a receptionist and I have gotten nothing but compliments left and right. Thank you so much Tina. read more

Not a fan at all. Not friendly and was charged $30 for a gel manicure instead of $25 even though that is what the pamphlet says. I did not get any special designs or anything. Also, she didn't even do the full services expressed in the pamphlet. No towel and the "relaxing massage" was more like half rubbing lotion in. read more

I am a regular here. Tina and Helen are recommended for nails that are intricately designed. They use the new gel paint which is more expensive but totally worth it. Always make an appointment before going in as the wait can be long. read more

This place is horrible! Dirty, Massage chair didn't work. No apology or moved to one that worked. Only was told "sometimes is works and sometimes not"! When choosing color for gel manicure I was only handed the card of colors. When asked if there were more she told me NO!!!! I told this to a friend and she said "What? There are lots of rings with color choices". Also didn't want to do design I wanted. Tried another and changed it when I didn't like it. She was not happy and the design is not the best. I hear lots of people love it and have seen some amazing things on other people. My experience just sucked!!!! Is there a secret to a good experience there? read more

I always checking in the place to apply start working. But they are always said not available to come in this place so very different work in store. I am get so sad read more

Went there for the 1st time today and wasn't what I thought my experience would be. First let me begin with when I walked up shop appeared bigger than it really was. Not much room or space. The choice of nail polish was mediocre nothing impressive. The lady who did my pedicure had me sitting in the chair for almost 15 min with my feet in water and when my pedicure began it was more like a foot wash with a polish. She filed my nails a little and maybe threw a scrub and lotion. Now I've had plenty of pedicures in my lifetime and I know she didn't give me my complete pedicure. Don't waste your money go where you will get the full service you pay for. Nope I will never go back read more

I have never felt compelled to write a bad review until today. I went in to get a pedicure a few days ago and I was underwhelmed to say the least. I've seen Botanic Nail's Instagram and the work looked beautiful so when I showed up and saw that a pedicure costs 26 dollars, I was hesitant but willing to pay that amount for quality work of course. I've posted pictures, does it look like I've had quality work done?! Helen worked on me and the place was so busy that I never felt relaxed and my pedicure was extremely rushed. Also, nothing was sterilized, I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with a fungus. I can't speak for the whole business, again, I've seen beautiful work on their Instagram so it must be coming from someone in this business but as far as pedicures go, stay away! read more

They are extremely rude in this place . They will only do what they want to do and what is more convenient for them . They will make you get gel no matter how much you tell them NO ! They do a good job whenever they want , this last time that i went my nails came out like shit ! THE ENTIRE TIME THE LADY WAS BEING RUDE ! SHE TOLD ME I HAD MAN HANDS ! LIKE REALLY ? Your a business trying to get money , SHE EVEN PUSHED ME ! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

So incredibly disappointed with the service. Been coming here for months and getting my nails and toes done and went a few days ago and decided to try gel on top of my acrylics since my lady (Paulina) insisted and has wanted me to try gel since I started going. I wasn't happy with how thick and chunky they came out so I called to get them fixed and the owner was incredibly rude, but I still went in to get them fixed considering I spent so much money on them and I give them my business every 3 weeks. The owner glared at me the entire time and sat me with Helen who is one of the nicer and more famous girls in the salon (on Instagram). I could tell she was tired and hungry and really didn't wanna do my nails and I understood because it wasn't her fault but she only did one coat of color and basically was trying to make a point about my complaint of the thickness prior. She didn't completely coat my nails either and you can see through, but i left because the tension and lack of helpfulness was too much. They will not receive mine or my moms money ever again which is over 200$ every month. The owner treats the women like slaves and sits on his ass doing nothing treating his customers like crap simply because of the constant business and fame his shop has gotten on Instagram. I do not recommend. read more

They've got a very talented set of manicurists, but they're limited on space. The designs are unique and beautifully done, but their gel isn't the best. The bad thing about them being reasonably priced and artistically distinct is that it's usually packed in the shop. read more

Probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. It took about 10 mins for the deluxe pedicure. Super rushed looked dirty and not one worker looked happy. NEVER AGAIN read more

I went to botanic to get my nails done, and though their designs are amazing the quality of the acrylic is terrible. My nails were all different length and size, and they are extremely over priced. I've been coming to Botanic Nails for about 3 - 4 years and have enjoyed amazing customer service and beautiful nails that have never left me dissatisfied. I love all of the girls especially Tina who does my nails. I'm constantly getting complimented on my nails and the gel lasts for so long! Their prices are fair and appointments are pretty easy to come by, even same day with the person who normally does my nails. I used to wait in other salons for an appointment for at least one hour, many times for more than one hour. I will continue to come here for as long as I can and will recommend it to anyone who asks!! read more

Ok so I've been following this nail salon on instagram for a while now and my cousin and I FINALLY went.. we were both soo excited because we love all the fun designs they post.. I had a design picked out (from the botanic nails instagram) and when it came time for my design she attempted but horribly failed and she had to repaint my toe..I wasn't upset cuz whatever, maybe she's not good at designs? So get someone else for me.. She then told me I wanted 2much detail... Umm.. its a design I got from ur instagram I'm sorry I thought u guys could do it...lol she didn't offer to have anyone else try and she didn't even offer another design, she just clear coated my big toes and tried to put ky sandals on me! So I said soooo... No design at all? And instead of seeing wat else I might want she says for ME to ask someone else.. lol what?! I could see if I was rude to her or offended her but I wasn't, I'd own it.. Ok so maybe I got the worse nail lady there and everyone else has decent customer service? No.. the lady next to me was basically getting yelled at. the customer was trying to explain what she wanted and her nail lady just wasn't getting it..so instead of listening, she was getting mad at her and defensive and super rude. as she's doing her toes she's talking crap on her toes to her face. Like saying comments in a nice way but u know she's just being rude. Then of course they go on in there language laughing & whatever.. I've never had a experience like this at a nail salon... STRAIGHT OUT RUDE! I'm unfollowing and will never go back ;) its all about DIAMOND NAILS OR JENNYS NAILS IN RIVERSIDE. read more

I usually don't like to be that person who complains about a business, but this was bad! I was referred by a friend so that's how I came to this spot. I got a pedicure and I was surprised how fast I was able to get in with no appointment and it was busy. I got a French pedicure (white tip) and she didn't buff my nails so the nail Polish is rough! She wasn't going to add the pinkish color that goes under the white tip, but I asked her if she would and she seemed irritated that I asked. My mom, who was right next to me and getting her pedicure done too, said after I left she just quickly rinsed the pedicure tub and the next person jumped in after it was filled with water! She didn't clean the tub for the next person. If they don't take the time to clean the tubs then I'm sure they don't clean there tools. I was going to pay, but the receptionist was asleep and one of the nail techs had to nudge him to receive my payment. Very bad experience! read more

bad customer service..making appts doesn't help..the lady I had was rude and pushy...I already knew what I wanted..I honestly had higher standards..never going back.never had such bad service before read more

I will not be coming back to this nail shop!!! The pictures they post on Instagram show beautiful nails. So I was expecting great quality, especially for the price. I had the male nail artist Danny. He was nice but my acrylic nails came out thick, and not shaped to my nail. The gel color was pretty but it didn't match the nail quality. Also my pedicure was horrible I felt as if it was rushed. I left so disappointed because I saw all these other customers leaving with nice beautiful nails except for mine. They are just in the business of taking your money and not actually taking pride in there work. I feel like if one of there nail artist are struggling, someone should step in and have the issue fixed before the client leaves most clients like myself don't speak up because no one wants to be told they are doing a terrible job. It was so uncomfortable the whole time I felt like the nail artist sitting next to him kept looking at my nails like if she new they looked horrible but did nothing to fix the problem. I hope this review will help others as well as the staff to help communicate better with each other. read more
