    Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich
    Luis G.

Underwhelmed. The location is atrocious. Businesses closed all around and even the Panera next door closed their dining room and serve exclusively Togo or via the drive thru. A lot of homeless in the parking lot and when I walked in there must have been 200-300 donuts on display. Went with the Bacon, Egg and cheese croissant and it was in par with the frozen Starbucks option. The egg tasted manufactured. If im in the area again, I'll probably just go the nearby Burger King.

    #10 Turkey Sandwhich

If you are looking for a quick morning breakfast or bite to eat mid day, this is the spot. First of all, to the woman who was working the counter alone on Valentine's Day morning mid-rush - you're a rockstar! We got the #10 and the #5 for the sandwiches and then we also got a twisted glaze bar. The sandwiches were fantastic 9/10, fresh veggies, quality meat and bread. The donut itself was a solid 9/10 as well, not too sweet, not under sweetened. The ambiance is of a typical donut shop, with that distinct welcoming smell when you walk in. Definitely stop by if you're in the area.

One of the best glazed yeast donuts I've had in a good while! (09/01/2024)

I actually like this local PHX chain. They're around town; some small and succinct, this one not really meant for lounging. This location is part of a small maybe 3-4 business strip plaza and has 5-6 small tables and chairs to dine in. No drive-thru, but you can order for pick-up delivery easily. More of a quick in and out and on your way setting, imo. Again, I went with their turkey, egg and cheese croissant. Their donuts and croissants are freshly baked throughout the day; some of their locations are open 24/7 and constantly have something baking in their ovens, a great plus. I absolutely love that their croissants are NOT tall and hole-y! I prefer my breakfast sandwiches compact, makes it easier to eat in the car if needed. Buttery, flakey, and flavorful, but pressed down just the way I like. Also grabbed a glazed donut, and that donut was absolutely fabulous! Soft, melt in your mouth flavor, chewy when I took my first bite. A subtle sweetness but could totally taste the dough. I adore quality old-skool OG yeast donuts; if you can't make a classic glazed yeast flawlessly, then I won't give you a second chance. I'd totally be a regular if this AZ chain moved east to Columbus, Ohio. They have some intriguing lunch/dinner sandwiches too. This location has better lite coming in, but the other has more space to pull out your laptop and work day or nite, so it depends on your goal. A solid, tasty choice!

Strawberry cream filled donut! Sorry, I nearly ate it all before taking a picture. It was amazing!

Amazing breakfast egg and bacon croissant! The strawberry filled donut was over the top good as well!

If you're looking for boba or a donut, these are but a couple items available at Bosa Donuts. Their selection of donuts is pretty impressive! The store is small and not a place to sit and eat. But it's clean and the menu and selections are easy to see. Check them out!

Donuts here are amazing. Do not come here if you think you are on a diet, or if keto is what you are aiming for. Stay away if you are dieting. Everyone else, nom nom nom. Chow down fellow foodies!!! Chow down!!!

Bosa donuts is a great place to get donuts on the go! With a drive thru and speedy service, I was able to order almost as quickly as I ate my donut. Any other donut spot, I get a glazed usually, but when I'm here I always get the one covered in sugar. I have no idea what it's called but it's just a donut with sugar and the team know what I'm talking about everytime - no matter what location I go to. We also got the Taro and Honeydew boba. I think they only come blended "smoothie" form is what they call it. Taro was alright, which is usually my go to anywhere, but if I get boba again I'm definitely getting the honeydew. It brought back so many childhood memories and since moving to the mainland it's kinda hard to find honeydew out here. The boba itself was good too. I'm a huge fan of drive thrus so this is a must, I'll be coming back for sure.

Local donuts! Bosa was walking distance from my airport hotel, and I'm glad I made the visit. Even on an afternoon the kitchen was busy sending out and decorating trays of donuts for Sunday orders. The shop has a small eat in area but mostly was carry out. I can't ever pass up a pink sprinkle... and this one was a light slightly sweet yeast dough with a strawberry tingle to the soft frosting. If you aren't into pink the blue sprinkle and other options looked amazing too. Traditional cakes, cream filled and crullers also lined the case. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are also available and my tuna on toasted croissant "with" was great.

    Ham, Cheese and Jalapeno Croissant

Best fresh, casual, quick donuts in Phoenix. I ordered 1 coconut donut - it was good. I also ordered the jalapeño ham and cheese croissant sandwhich. It was okay - a bit overpriced, and a bit to much canned jalapeño stuffed inside the croissant then i would like.

Stopped in for a turkey sandwich on a croissant and washed it down with a monster. Staff was friendly and efficient as always.

Had to overnight it in Phoenix due to flight delays. This Bosa Donuts is just a few paces away if you stay at Aloft. This location must be new since there are so few reviews. It's clean, well organized, and the lone staff person on duty was efficient. As for the donuts, they all tasted similar to me since I bought a variety to try. The chocolate donuts or chocolate glazes aren't very chocolatey. The most flavorful donut was the apple fritter. The donuts aren't overly sweet and I didn't feel a sugar rush despite not having any protein. Still, the donuts hit the spot with hot coffee for a morning (though not entirely healthy) breakfast before heading to the airport.

Just an odd place. Husband said coffee tasted like Folgers. Kids liked smoothies. Not a true coffee shop.

Best donuts in Arizona. Always fresh and always a variety. I love the way there's sometimes a little crunch in the center of the donut.

She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and checked on us just the right amount. We ordered two BEC sandwiches, which sadly are no longer on the menu, but wow, they were delicious! The bacon was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Instead of the greens, we opted for the Million Dollar Potatoes and they were super yum! Such a tasty choice and the perfect addition to the meal. Great service, delicious food, and a lovely breakfast experience. Thank you, Arely, for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
