Not a terrible experience and worked out ok for me in the morning. Id never experiences a Bosa donuts until now. I needed some breakfast and walked over here before some morning meetings and was pleasantly surprised that they serve other items that are not donuts. They had a Vietnamese ice coffee on offer so I ordered one of those. It wasnt bad but a bit too sweet for me so I was glad there was a lot of ice in my drink. The ham and jalapeño croissant turned out to be only ham and cheese and not a bit of heat anywhere, so I was disappointed in that and it was quite greasy so I only ate a half and couldnt finish the rest. Overall, an OK experience, wouldn't go out of my way to come here but it was convenient to where I am so appreciated that. read more

A great mom and pop shop right next to the airport convenient parking with ample space inside to sit down and eat. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant sandwich ($7). It was amazing. The pastry was fresh. The meat portion was generous The manager is very sweet and patient with taking the order. The service was fast. Also worth noting my friend had a smoothie. Underwhelmed. The location is atrocious. Businesses closed all around and even the Panera next door closed their dining room and serve exclusively Togo or via the drive thru. A lot of homeless in the parking lot and when I walked in there must have been 200-300 donuts on display. Went with the Bacon, Egg and cheese croissant and it was in par with the frozen Starbucks option. The egg tasted manufactured. This location is part of a small maybe 3-4 business strip plaza and has 5-6 small tables and chairs to dine in. No drive-thru, but you can order for pick-up delivery easily. More of a quick in and out and on your way setting, imo. Again, I went with their turkey, egg and cheese croissant. Their donuts and croissants are freshly baked throughout the day; some of their locations are open 24/7 and constantly have something baking in their ovens, a great plus. I absolutely love that their croissants are NOT tall and hole-y! I prefer my breakfast sandwiches compact, makes it easier to eat in the car if needed. Buttery, flakey, and flavorful, but pressed down just the way I like. Also grabbed a glazed donut, and that donut was absolutely fabulous! Soft, melt in your mouth flavor, chewy when I took my first bite. A subtle sweetness but could totally taste the dough. I adore quality old-skool OG yeast donuts; if you can't make a classic glazed yeast flawlessly, then I won't give you a second chance. I'd totally be a regular if this AZ chain moved east to Columbus, Ohio. They have some intriguing lunch/dinner sandwiches too. Bosa donuts is a great place to get donuts on the go! With a drive thru and speedy service, I was able to order almost as quickly as I ate my donut. Any other donut spot, I get a glazed usually, but when I'm here I always get the one covered in sugar. I have no idea what it's called but it's just a donut with sugar and the team know what I'm talking about everytime - no matter what location I go to. We also got the Taro and Honeydew boba. I think they only come blended "smoothie" form is what they call it. Taro was alright, which is usually my go to anywhere, but if I get boba again I'm definitely getting the honeydew. It brought back so many childhood memories and since moving to the mainland it's kinda hard to find honeydew out here. The boba itself was good too. I'm a huge fan of drive thrus so this is a must, I'll be coming back for sure. read more

Local donuts! Bosa was walking distance from my airport hotel, and I'm glad I made the visit. Even on an afternoon the kitchen was busy sending out and decorating trays of donuts for Sunday orders. The shop has a small eat in area but mostly was carry out. I can't ever pass up a pink sprinkle... and this one was a light slightly sweet yeast dough with a strawberry tingle to the soft frosting. If you aren't into pink the blue sprinkle and other options looked amazing too. Traditional cakes, cream filled and crullers also lined the case. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are also available and my tuna on toasted croissant "with" was great. read more

Had to overnight it in Phoenix due to flight delays. This Bosa Donuts is just a few paces away if you stay at Aloft. This location must be new since there are so few reviews. It's clean, well organized, and the lone staff person on duty was efficient. As for the donuts, they all tasted similar to me since I bought a variety to try. The chocolate donuts or chocolate glazes aren't very chocolatey. The most flavorful donut was the apple fritter. The donuts aren't overly sweet and I didn't feel a sugar rush despite not having any protein. The employee at the counter was nice and very quick to get our food, and even though they only had one employee there, she was fast and helpful. My apple fritter donut was very delicious and my breakfast sandwich was really good! When we sat down, there wasn't many tables, but we made it work with the six of us. Bosa was nearby my hotel so purchased a few dozen for my various meetings. They were really fantastic donuts. Very light and fluffy and the cake donuts were also delicious. We were hungry for donuts and found this place that was close to our hotel. It was pretty easy to find and has a good sized parking lot. The inside is pretty small and there are just 2 small tables if you want to eat your treats there. There were several different types of donuts to choose from as well as coffees, teas and smoothies. We ended up choosing a red velvet cake donut, a lemon filled, apple filled, maple buttermilk donut, apple fritter and just a regular yeast donut. My daughter also got a mango smoothie with boba. The smoothie was delicious and had such a great fresh mango taste to it. The donuts were equally as good. The buttermilk donut had an interesting texture but was very tasty. We were very pleased with the service here and with our food! I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you are ever in the Phoenix area. read more

I put in the option I wanted to leave a tip and had my card in the reader not noticing it wasn't lit up and followed prompts out of habit. He apparently put I was paying cash and didn't work. He seemed so confused but continued to give me the change as if I had given him cash which I didn't. He called over an owner or manager and the woman was blaming me.
