    Torn lace, deformed eyelet, and missing hook

    I bought some hawx boots in black. The hooks tripped me and made me throw my recovery tank and recovery machine. The one hook ripped out. I've gone through another $60 in laces since then due to the metal eyelets deforming and shredding them. Stitches blowing out in all sorts of places. The insides of boots are shredding. Tried to buy wolverines at end of day and found them deformed on the insides when I made it to my truck. Had to return them next day. Im going to try elsewhere for my work boots

    Love my Boot Barn experience! Thank you Bryn for all the boot help! Love the pair and the tips on how to use the cream polish to give the pair a deaper color. And Izzy loved all the staff too! Thank you tons-can't wait for my F1 trip to Texas in my new boots! Cheers!

    Awesome experience. I called in spoke to Cher about my hats needing to be steamed and she let me know it was complimentary. I came in that that evening and they were packed! The staff was very helpful and I ended up buying some more items. Great job!

    Got married in April and the attire was western. Boot barn had everything I needed from a cowboy hat, bolo tie and boots. Krys was excellent in assisting me when I came in a week before the wedding. My dog had sat on my cowboy hat and bent it. The wait was 3 to 4 weeks for reshaping, but as soon as krys heard it was for my wedding that weekend, she expedited it and it was ready that week! The service at this location is top notch. I will definitely be bringing my business back here.

    All I can say is every time I walk in the store, I am greeted with the friendliest customer service. These women are just amazing. Today Patricia helped me at the location in El Cajon. She was patient helpful and even suggested different brands based on what I was looking for. Today I walked out with a white pair of boots that are comfortable, and I have the products to keep them clean and waterproof, thanks to Patricia!

This happened to me on the 27 Nov 2015, my wife bought a pair of the 1460 Doc Martens, I realized they were not leather (Store #371). As soon as I made it home from work that day, I told her these were not leather boots. We promptly took them back to exchange for a pair of leather boots. Empl# 420647, tried to convince me the Vegan Leather was real leather. I just told him to order me a pair of 1460 Cherry Doc Martens Leather. The return at this point seemed smooth but to my surprise on 10 Jan 2016, the day our family could gather and celebrate Christmas, we discovered the boots that had been ordered by the clerk were the completely wrong boots (R15265601). We followed the return instructions. Returned the incorrect product to Journeys Inc. The RETURN instructions were followed. The boots were sent via UPS Ground (Track#1Z V52 2E3 06 2605 1968) on 11 Jan 2016. The instructions said the product could not be returned to the store and I would receive a credit to my card once received and processesed. RYAN at the Dock in Lebanon, TN received the boots on 15 Jan 2015 @ 1059. I was NEVER credited by Journeys Inc. $169.99....Still waiting patiently for my refund. On 12 Feb 2016, I called customer service on there packing list 1-888-324-6536. Tragically laughable, Journeys Inc prints they incorrect phone number on their packing lists (Picture Posted) I hunted down the CORRECT number somewhere in the internet. Spoke to a Journeys Inc operator I explained that I did NOT receive a refund, I gave her all the info. She told me I would be contacted in a couple of business days. Still waiting patiently.
