The store was pretty well organized, I was trying on various styles in my size but the one that fit me best, was a little short and needed a longer length. All the employees were polite and helpful, very punctual, when I couldn't find the exact size in a particular style jean, she checked that there was one pair of jeans somewhere and was adamant in locating it, even though I said that it's okay, she persisted and yelled for my name as I was in the dressing room trying other styles. I was very happy as the jeans she found were a perfect fit and so I bought them plus another style. Look, I worked retail many many years ago, at an outlet just like the Las Americas Outlets, in fact I worked at this same outlet mall when the store was short staffed. I know good customer service when I see it and everyone in the store was as super cool, polite, from the cashier, to the woman who found my jeans, and the employee working the dressing rooms,, all top notch. Went in there to shop for jeans and a clerk followed us throughout the store. He told me I couldn't sit in the display. Mind you I sat because I had a brace on my knee. There are no seats around. I didn't sit down even a minute and he told me I couldn't sit there even though I was visibly wearing a brace. Is this a disability discrimination and racial profiling since the same guy was following us around. He said he's the only one in the store, which I know is a lie because a guy or girl just talked to us. He or she had make up on. Plus there were 3 other employees there. Came to the outlets the other day with some friends and decided to stop in to the Levi store. On other trips to the outlets me and my sister never stopped in here... we don't need jeans so who cares right? WRONG! The Levi store was awesome! Not only do they have walls and walls of jean choices but they also had really cute sweaters and belts. I walked away with a pair of jeans that came out to around 40 dollars since I bought a pair for my friend as well (buy 2 or more and you get a discount) and a leather magenta belt for $12 (also discounted). My sister and friend took 2-3 visits to the dressing rooms and walked away with jeans on jeans on jeans and a couple sweaters. Really great basic items with a flair and well made! Had an awful shopping experience here with Priscilla when trying to return. She was so rude!! I purchased jeans with apple ipay. Apple ipay has a "device number" to hide your credit card number. And she said in a condescending and rude way that she saw my phone screen & the number didn't match! As if I was trying to lie! I had receipt and everything. I said this is my apple ipay let me hold my phone up to the machine it will match! ...and she refused to help me with the return and repeated that she "saw with her eyes" that the number is different on my phone. You can almost always find something here! And it doesn't get too much more reliable than a pair of Levi's. It's a large store with a great inventory and selection to pick from, including shirts, jackets, dresses and a great men's area as well. It's almost like two stores in one since the female's clothing take up one whole store side with a full wall in between separating the men's clothing. One of things I love about Levi stores is that they have the jean guide suggestion: "if your pants are too big in the back....try..." "if your jeans fit but don't flatter...try..." This saves tons of time for me. Most of the employees were pretty friendly. I found my first pair of Levi jeans and a cute flowery vintage top today totally on a impulse buy. I came in here with my husband to buy some new clothes. I'll be honest I was a little discouraged because I haven't bought anything since having my son. Let's face it we aren't the same after having a kid. After trying on some clothes I left and was left in not such a great moood. My husband said come one let's go back in and have someone help you. So my Angel Paulina came to my rescue. She picked the correct sizes for me without making me feel bad. She went above and beyond for me annnd found me a pair of overalls I have been dying to have. I mean, they do offer to help but I honestly know what I want - I never spend more than 15 minutes in the store. They carry a majority of more popular styles (505, 514, 511, 527, etc) so if you're looking to snag one of their special/newer styles...you might be out of luck. BUT HEY, it's worth a shot. Perfect! I was greeted entering the store with a hello and a smile. I made my way to the section that had the pants I wanted and was promptly helped and my questions answered. I went to the fitting room and Alisia helped me. She grabbed 3 different sizes for me so I did not have to keep changing clothes to find the different sizes. I come into the store just to look around and i see a style of jeans i liked but i couldn't find my size. So i ask for help and the girl looked and checked her lol pocket machine and said they had 2. She goes to the back store room to check and I'm waiting for almost 10 minutes before she comes back out and with a different pair of jeans and made eye contact with me and just kept moving. I was a lil shocked cause she knew i was waiting for her, she went clear across the store and started folding clothes. She had completely forgotten about me! I decided to wait and see if maybe she was possibly answering another customers question and nope she was just folding. Bad customer service they rushed all the customers out of the dressing rooms so they can get off on time and they are not very friendly. The manager has a rude and cold attitude she didn't seem to care when I complained about the poor customer service I received.I returned my merchandise the very next day and I hope everyone complains for being rushed and treated like we were inconveniencing the manager and her staff. I will not shop here again. I have had better customer service at the DMV. Levi's please hire more curtious staff and don't put people with bad attitudes in management positions it makes your store get bad reviews. I purchased 3 pair of jeans from this Levi's outlet about 2 weeks ago. After trying the jeans on at home I found that they didn't fit properly (length was too short). I went in a week later to purchase the correct size (4 pair) and was told by the employee at the counter that I could bring the worn jeans back and receive a store credit without receipt. The next day I went in to exchange the jeans for a correct size and was told by the manager that it wouldn't be possible since I had already pulled the tags off the jeans and didn't have the receipt (which isn't store policy). I mentioned that the person I spoke to said their policy was to get store credit in which she replied that the person wasn't a manager and she would have to speak with the employee. I reached out to a rep at the Levi's website and they informed me to go back to the store and speak to a manager. I called the store and spoke to Debra (manager) who stated that I could come in and return the merchandise for store credit or exchange. She also let me know that she was about to clock out for the day and that Eddie could help me. I came in a few hours later and Eddie was able to exchange the jeans for the size that fit while also ordering a pair they didn't have on hand from another store to be sent to my home. Thank you Debra and Eddie for assisting and making sure I was good to go. I had to take off 1 star because the first manager I spoke with didn't know what she was taking about and made it seem as though I was trying to game the system. Not everyone is trying to game the system. I spent ~$200 on the same pair of jeans twice in two different sizes. I am glad my issue was able to get resolved. read more

The staff racially profiled me and embarrassed me in front of other costumers,making false accusations without any proof. I was so upset that I left because I didn't want things to escalate. I filed a complaint with corporate but that didn't help. I didn't have the energy to go back and deal with their incompetent staff so I left it alone. I should have read the reviews about this store before going in. The staff are a bunch of racist, dishonest, lying and rude employees. I guess Levi's requirements for their employees have to fit a certain racist mold. I was lied to and embarrassed at checkout to pay more than what my clothes were marked. All associates were rude and profiled. Unbelievable. I will be escalating this issue to corporate and make sure this store gets proper training as others don't need to be treated this way. read more

I had a pretty sad experience. when I had a question the employees were gathered around talking and looked at me like I was interrupting. When I went to try clothes on a few people were lined up and there was no one to be found. When it came time to check out there was a considerably big line and again no one was seeing that there were people waiting to be helped and open another register. In my panic of people behind me in line I did not check my receipt until I returned home and realized there may have been a problem with the price of something I had purchased. I called multiple times to the number on the receipt and nothing went through not even an answering machine. Finally on the 15th attempt at 4pm in the afternoon someone answered and told me she couldn't check on the price of my question because she was in the office and quite frankly she was very rude. I myself work costumer service and work very hard to earn my money. When you aren't given nice treatment it is really is difficult to make the haul and spend the cash.
