I would suggest just go on a regular weekend, the space is huge probably triple the size of a regular Ross location. They do have plenty of stuffs maybe just to accommodate for the amount of people who visit the store, they do have more jewelry and designer watches also double the amount of others, I got to see some Coach, La Coste, and CK standing besides Kate Spade for the first time, and they're in a very good price, if your lady wanted a gift, you might consider come here. Also a lot variant of Michael Kors slides, more than any places, and well a lot of brands that I never seen before. A huge section of clothings, double level racks, took me quite some time to go over all of them, got my GOAT shirt and a new phone case for cheap.

Completely forgot about Ear piercing services offered at Claire's and still utilizing the gun!…read moreWalked it during an extremely busy weekend... but was able to have friendly service that answered all my questions. Have been contemplating getting my 2nd ear lobes pierced for a while and with the mix of reviews lately with "piercing shops" around San Diego has made me feel uneasy... however all my uneasiness vanished when I felt how dedicated and comfortable the employee made me feel. (I forgot her name but she had double piercings in each ear and worked 2.20.22, her name was not on the receipt) I watched her sanitizer everything and then proceeded to complete the questionnaire and release. Picked out my earring choice (anything from stainless steal to 14k gold) and chose rapid (so I can change it in 3 weeks vs 6 weeks) - it is a bit more but not much considering its 3 weeks less! I did witness everyone else helping customers, as the streets was busy and then everyone watching while they patiently waited their turn to get their ears pierced. She took her time and asked me to make sure I would like the placement, and you could tell she wanted it perfectly even... she even apologized for how long and that she just wanted to make sure it's even. I was content and wanted to make sure it was even too! Would highly recommend, it is safe, easy and great customer service! Not to mention the aftercare she went over it with us, and had me do the process in front of her. Provided instructions that even include a section about masks with a "check-off calendar" - which is perfect for me and I hung it up in the bathroom as a reminder to clean it everyday. Don't forget the 20% off anything else in the store the day of your piercing only!

A little pricey on some items tho for example a minion onesie for $35!? Ummm i think NOT. But they have TONS of clothes for the whole family. Me & Baes found a pair of shorts each that weren't on sale but who cares cuz they were cute! Customer service is very nice. I admired a employee that stopped what he was doing just to help me find a size when it was right in front of my face and instead of just handing me the pair of shorts and returning to whatever he was doing he made sure i liked it and made sure i left happy. The wait line wasn't too exgerating pretty well wait and the cashier was also great in his customer service. The only thing that did bum me out was while i was walking back to the car i was playing around with Baes and swung my bag at him lol and realized my stupid bag handle ripped...why you ask!? Because for about 7 pieces of clothes they packed it all in 1 bag. Yes 1 freaking bag instead of giving me two. Wow i had clothes overflowing off the top of my bag. Made us laugh a bit and then both thought "damm this store shiesty on its bags".

Finally their shirts, the further more I travel South, I saw less Champion, but more Nike, Tommy Bahama, and True Religion, it's a total shift of fashion, I guess tourists love them more than Champion, I don't recall anything about Karl Lagerfeld Paris brand, but it's populated the place as well. When we returned about a week later to exchange the pair for another we were greeted by a hostile staff who immediately told us they could not accept the pants back without bothering to ask us any questions first. We were accused of not having a receipt after explaining that the cashier from that exact store never gave us a physical receipt, but only an email. After skipping over the fact we had a digital receipt we eventually began to answer the questions the staff never bothered to ask. The pants we wanted to return went through a rigorous pre-return "trust me bro" test where the cashier sniffed the pants, denied the smell, and basically told us we didn't know how to properly dry our clothes. After explaining our digital receipt again we were allowed to exchange our single pair of pants for the same cut of jeans minus the smell. Idk why they had to charge us $10 for an exchange of a defective product to the exact same product but I guess they needed to give us one last "F you" and remind us that they don't want us shopping at Levi's.
