Stopped by this Delightful boutique today for the first time. The clothing is so pretty. All of the merchandise is stylish yet timeless at the same time. The store layout is perfect and the ambiance is esthetically pleasing. Beautiful lighting. Very clean, bright, airy, and easy to shop. The salesperson was amazing. She was helpful but not overbearing. She selected a few additional items for me and added them in the fitting room for me to try without any high pressure sales tactics. She was very helpful and "aware" without being overbearing. She made it very comfortable to shop and look around without making me feel uncomfortable. Very good people skills. I looked on the receipt for her name but it wasn't on there. (Date of visit- 1/23/25 around 3pm-ish). The complaint I have is this. After we returned home their Instagram page automatically showed up on my Instagram feed so of course I went on to check out their website. The blouse I had just purchased was on their website for $8 less, and offered a 15% off coupon. I thought maybe the $8 difference was because I was buying it online- not a storefront so the cost of doing business is less expensive. However,it gave me the option to pick the same blouse up in the same store I just bought it from. I also did not like that my store receipt gave me one price with tax, but another receipt was also put in the bag that stated I was charged an additional $3 credit card fee. I do not like the sneaky way that I had to find that out. My professional tip is to go online prior to buying anything in the store to see if it's a better price. read more

Last week we stopped into your store not knowing what to expect and pleasantly impressed. Large selection of classy plus playful styles. At first I was not in the mood to shop for a dress but your store was so clean yet comfortable and the sales associate (Kendal) was very helpful and friendly grabbing all the sizes I needed plus making suggestions which was so nice. The price for a beautiful fun summer dress was only $130 and the quality of the material and stitching was a 10. I will definitely be back and wanted to give your employee a pat on the back. Our last stop at Coronado and it was a very cute boutique shop. It had all the glam and glitz, without the expensive price tag! What girl doesn't love a cute outfit with a great deal?! Rosie was a sweet worker that offered to help my sisters and I. She was very kind and gave us great recommendations and took care of our needs. My sisters and I have different style and taste in clothes, and Rosie was very helpful finding the perfect fit for us. My sisters love to shop more than I do. So, it's a little more difficult for me to find things I like and like to wear. I'm a simple girl with an expensive taste, lol! My sisters, on the other hand will buy the whole store if you leave them in front of any store long enough (I swear they think everything is cute, or a great deal). I usually have to drag them out of the stores. This time it was all of us not wanting to stop shopping. I liked how this store offers a lot of cute designs and the material is really nice. There were so many styles to dress and the selections were vast. We found our tops for a work wear and casual tops for everyday wear, and cute flora tops just in time for Chinese New Years. Well, this was the very few stores I thought matched our varying taste. We were given a discount for buying cute clothes, how cool is that? Today I went into Miss Match. I went in to pick up a jacket I had purchased on Wednesday. Before my arrival I got a text saying "The jackets here if you still want it." Which confused me because I had already purchased the jacket, why would I no longer want it? We were excited to come back because we had already shopped there twice this week and spent well over $1000. So we picked up the jacket that we absolutely love. We bought many others in 4 other colors. We started trying on clothes again And we spent 20 minutes.... 30 minutes..... an hour.... An hour and a half...... nobody is helping us and nobody's asking what can we do? Can we get you anything? Do you need another size? Nobody is helping us. My daughter and I were perplexed. We were wondering why? They know we're consistent shoppers here, they know we spent money here. They know we love the store. Why isn't anyone helping us? We didn't get it. So we keep going around the store and after two hours we wanted to check out. So we brought up front all these items I'm holding, and they said oh you can put those here so they took them. Then I saw one more thing I wanted and I went to get it for my daughter and I. I told them I am a local here I live at the Coronado Shores and they wanted proof. I said well I shopped her twice this week and they believed what I said so they needed proof this time? So I said fine I will go and get my Coronado Shores Badge. But before I did, I wanted to make sure I looked at all the clothes I purchased, so as I took them out, one by one to make sure they were my size... The clothes I wanted were rolled in a ball, every single item and thrown in the bag. Nobody took their time to fold them. I asked the girls, if they help people here? They responded "What do you mean?" I said "Is this a store where you actually help people with trying on clothes? Give them new sizes, service, pay attention?" And they said yes and I asked them why nobody helped us they didn't have an answer. Just a very rude tone and attitude. Then I asked why didn't anyone fold these clothes? Why are they thrown in the bag? And one of the girls said I did fold it. The manager working today at 3:50pm (August 18th 2023) told her employee to hush and not entertain us. I asked my daughter who worked at a clothing store called Free People and I myself growing up worked at The Limited. We know about clothing stores and how you present yourself and help people and fold their clothes cause they're excited to get home for something new. Not rolled in a ball. It was to my surprise I can't believe my eyes I took out each piece and I said you threw these in here. Nobody folded these clothes and they didn't believe my eyes. They just said yes we did and I'm like did you see this and they're like well we can fold them again....we can fold them again for you.... and I'm like you never did fold them, they were rolled in a ball and thrown in here and they said well if you want 20% off you're gonna have to show ID. With that I just went to my car and my daughter and I said "do we really want to give this company money after the way they treated us, our clothes, and their unwelcoming attitudes?" And we said we really didn't so we left we left over $650 on the table and we just wanted to tell about our experience that's all. Holy moly... this store. The store would be semi decent if they had a better staff. And from a quick read for most of the reviews on here it validates all my feelings that everyone else has had a bad experience here due to staff. I came the other day and a heavier set blonde staff member who was behind the counter totally had her mask off. Her and the other girls were eating and sharing ice cream (in the showroom too. Come on - how unprofessional). Eat in the break room. But most importantly WEAR A MASK. It wasn't pull mask down to take a bite thing it was she full blown just took the mask off and had it off for 15 mins walking around the store. Reality check, we're in the middle of a global pandemic and California is in the works of going into a full shutdown again. So unsafe and not cool. Store has really expensive clothes that are cheap and poor quality but that's honestly a side note compared to the no mask and eating thing. Sounds like the owner should do a lot of training and find better staff. read more

This store is cute upfront. However, the staff completely blew me away with their canter, unwillingness to assist and beyond unnecessary heckles.... I am a single mother of one. I decided to browse through this boutique, given there wasn't many stores open once I arrived on the island. I rarely treat myself to expensive attire... The saleswoman, Ruthless never checked in on me. Given it was my first time trying on a romper, she didn't assist... I came out... she replied snappily, "you better try again." .... I believe the staff was so engulfed with gossiping with each other that, they didn't even think or want to offer help to patronizing clients. What blows me away is the following: After purchasing the dress, I walked around more. As the day heated up, I asked to use their dressing room to change into my purchase. Any new item, especially one that costs $75, I prefer to cut off the tag. I asked Ruthless for a pair of , she grabbed my garment with haste and ripped off the plastic tag. Then, she handed both to me, with an astounding remark of, "a trick of the trade." I Went back to the dressing room to get into the garment. I knew instantly that I was going to have trouble. So I asked called for assistance at least two dozen times and no one came to my rescue. I noticed however though as a Caucasian woman entered they were fully Willing to cater to her. They assist throughout her entire shopping experience. And they sing me barely struggling to get into the government and not again I get a smart ass reply from one of the sales associate saying, " oh my gosh you're still here !!!" Given I paid cash and still had the tag I need to demand a refund. I wonder if the saleswomen are moreso willing to assist Caucasians than Hispanics. This experience was utterly horrible. As a person of color, as a tourist, and as a patronizing customer... this staff was outrageous on how they interacted with my as a customer. I do not recommend patronizing this boutique!!! read more

Such an awesome store!!! I regularly visit Miss Match when shopping for clothes for my wife. The staff are always helpful and so incredibly friendly. All I need to do is let them know what look I am in the market for, provide a few sizes from past purchases and they will easily put together several outfit options. They have yet to steer me wrong. The styles they stock are current and trending and always leave her looking fabulous. I have never visited either location and felt as if the staff was disinterested or not taking me seriously. With a track record of almost 30 years successfully buying my wife clothes, I do know my way around a boutique and I always look forward to a visit in Coronado or OB to see what new ideas they might offer. This has been my worst experience with online retail shop. The owner is highly unprofessional and dishonest. Back in Nov I purchased some items from them, which I should have received it by now. When I contacted the store they said I placed the order with the wrong address and the parcel got delivered to that address. I had proof of the order with my address and they still claim that I gave them the incorrect address. I have never seen such dubious act by store owner, it's been a nightmare. I just received my first order today from this boutique. The blouse I ordered is super cute. I ordered it in a size large. I tried it on and it was very small for a size large. I went to check the tag to make sure if the size but the tag was cut off where the size should be. I am not going to return because it is very cute and I think my daughter will like it. The order process was very easy and I received the blouse quickly. I only gave 4 stars because I cannot verify the size. I will probably buy again. Rosie really helped me pick 2 outfits I would not have picked for myself. One was a flowered romper and I ended up changing into it in the fitting room right after I bought it bc it was perfect for the weather in Coronado. The other was a very pretty black flowered maxi with a neckline that I usually do not wear bc it makes me feel self conscious - but she totally encouraged me to get it. I was at the ferry landing in Coronado recently and ran into this great little store. They have such cute dresses, rompers, accessories, etc. I must have tried on 20 items and I liked ALL of them. The hardest part was deciding which ones not to buy. I think what made my experience spectacular was the attention that I received from Brea and Kim. They are amazing!
