Love, love, love! I've stopped in here a time or two before while visiting but never purchased. I spent an hour trying on half the store (ha) and the ladies inside are so fun and friendly that it was a joy to shop. They have some very on-trend styles and some cute items and it's loaded with hundreds of items all styled by color (which I LOVE). In the end, I found two beautiful sun dresses as well as two amazing sale items (BOGO) and ended up getting a new dress for $5! They do have a rewards program with sales and specials if you're local, but I don't visit often enough for it to be worth it for me. Great location for shopping and walking and lunching right on the main Orange Ave with free 2-hour parking on the street right in front. read more

Worst customer service service ever. I bought a cute top last month. When I got home ( I live in Los Angeles ) I noticed a hole under the arm, brought it back today to exchange it for something else and manager refused to exchange it for me. Told me I've traveled with it and could have damaged it myself and said she would have to clearance it out. She did this in front of other customers! Although there stuff is cute it is not w we ll made! Make sure you inspect your stuff before purchase. I try to support small business but other stores stand behind the merchandise they sell. Here from Seattle on a girls trip. Went into this store yesterday with my niece. I've been an owner of a retail store for many many years. The wonderful employee you have from Venezuela is a huge asset to your store! I asked her if she was the owner because she was so very helpful to us both. The most difficult part of this business is finding employees that actually do their job. Many of the other shops we visited had young girls working there that never even acknowledged us. I went in today to simply peruse the inventory and was delighted to walk out with three amazing items. So bummed about my experience this afternoon at Pretty Please. As a resident of Coronado I frequent the boutiques often. This afternoon we did brunch at the Crown Ballroom at the Hotel Del and decided to meander home, on the way back we stopped at Pretty Please. I saw the cutest pair of shoes and paid for them and wore them out of the store (with no disclaimer of "if you wear these out of the store you cannot return them"). I walked A BLOCK and my ankles began to bleed due to the strap on the shoe. We immediately turned around to return to the store, upon which we were greeted "back already?" And I responded with "yes I need to return these shoes I am bleeding because of them!". I was then told "we don't usually do returns on worn items..". To me that's admitting you sometimes make an exception. Unfortunately that exception wasn't made for me 10 minutes later with the shoes I walked out in. So I left the shoes there with the lady telling me I could give them to a friend (sorry lady I wouldn't even give these to an enemy... yes they hurt THAT bad). So this company took my money and the product back and I walked away 30 dollars poorer. Such a disappointment, leaving two stars because they do have very cute things but buyer please read the tiny print because it will not be made clear to you upon leaving the store with your purchase... read more
