Since this was her birthday weekend getaway, I took her here. I parked at the private lot inside this place and paid through my phone for the LAZ Parking. You're better paying the 6 hours instead of the 4 hours because the price is only different by like 5 dollars. There a lot of food places and shopping retail store here. So while I waited in line for an hour at the restaurant my wife wanted to eat at, she went shopping at the store here. After we finish eating, we walked around the shore area and also at the pier where the loading ferry is at. It's a nice area especially when the weather is nice.

I have enjoyed visiting Peohe's, Il Fornaio, Spiro's Greek Cafe, and Le Parfait Paris each year. In addition, there is Lil' Piggy's Bar-B-Q, Cocina 35 Brunch, Cold Stone Creamery, Coronado Coffee Company, Burger King, and Village Pizzeria. There are also many other restaurants nearby on Orange. I still wanted to purchase it, at the register upon opening it to see if it had any damages it looked like it had a scratch. I politely asked if I could get some sort of discount. The cashier said normally no but that she would ask her team lead. The cashier was sweet no issues with her. The team lead on the other hand, rose or Rosa she was very rude. She told me to my face that she wasn't sure if I had opened it so she couldn't offer a discount. I asked her if she could check the cameras then because I didn't mind waiting and again that's the condition I found it in. She continued to have a rude tone with me and gave me 11¢ off. Not what I was hoping for but I accepted the¢ discount. I then told rose or Rosa with a very polite tone that she was rude and she said back "I'm not being rude" and refused to check herself. Rosa or rose also told the cashier to go on lunch so she turned off her sign but the rose or Rosa turned it back on then got mad at the cashier for not turning it off.

Some people got a chance to see Johnny Depp and also John Cena walking around taking pictures with the fans. We took the trolley to 12th an Imperial trolley station and walked from there. This is definitely the party district of San Diego!!…read more Day or night, this area is rather lively. Lots of different shops, bars, clubs, and restaurants here. I was here during Halloween and it was packed with people that night. The best place to park here, to me, is in the large parking garage next to Petco Park. The whole area is best seen on foot anyhow. There are also some nice hotels here to choose from. The Convention Center and the Trolley are also here, and the Embarcadero is just a short walk away!! Had a very good time here!!
