I think they are mostly one size but have a variety of sizes for certain things. It's good material on most of the garments as well so it's long lasting. Their jewelry is cute and dainty but eventually tarnishes after a while, which can be expected. There aren't fitting rooms and nobody really greets you here or offers to help you with your shopping experience. Lines can be long but there are many cashiers to help you.

I asked an employee no mirrors? She shook her head and stared at me. I then went to the register to purchase my items, I asked another employee Sarah (whose name is on the receipt), no way I could look at a mirror with the items? (Literally there's a whole dressing room closed where workers are folding clothes) I only wanted to look in the mirror for a quick second and hold the items up to me) Sarah said "yeah, no" with so much disdain in her eyes, mouth, and speech. It was truly admirable and incredibly heart warming to be welcomed with this much disdain and hate from a store I've spent thousands of dollars at. If you have more than a comment or question to there "do you know our stores policy?" comment at check out..be prepared, they will look at you with disdain, contempt, hate, annoyance. Have a little respect for your customers ladies, it goes a long way. Next time when I want to be treated like a burden, I'll be sure to ask Sarah another question :) almost positive they got rid of their mirrors and dressing room to reduce their work load, as when I came in here before when they had dressing rooms - they often looked irritable

When she eventually came out, she was constantly on her phone and didn't make much effort to engage with me or provide assistance. When I asked for help, rather than asking what size I normally wear or taking the time to understand what I was looking for, she simply grabbed multiple sizes. The experience felt more like I was shopping on my own than being assisted by a sales stylist. I gave the store another chance and came back a second time. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the same. The same sales associate was in the back, came out, gave a quick hello, and immediately went back to being on her phone. There was very little effort to engage with customers or create a welcoming shopping experience. I was also disappointed with the quality of the clothing. For the prices being charged, I expected much better quality. Some of the threads were already coming loose, and the overall construction did not feel worth the price. For the price point and quality, I honestly feel you can find better options elsewhere. I don't even typically shop at SHEIN, but the quality-to-price ratio here was disappointing enough that I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, lack of attention from the sales associate, and overpriced clothing that feels cheaply made made this a very disappointing shopping experience.
