Tried on a shirt and brought it. I put it on after buying it and I went to a store next door and next thing you know I didn't realize there was a hole in the sleeve. I go back and tell the cashier if I can exchange it and instead of giving me good customer service like any other store would by offering to exchange or something. She gives me attitude and rudely says "no I can't because you're already wearing it". It wasn't even within 15 min of buy it. No ifs, ands, or buts. Very bad customer service. Had an online order and the associates there were helpful. My son tried on his sweater and it was a bit snug, so the cashier told us to go toward the back where another associate could help us. This location seems to have good inventory because they had an XL in the youth sweater. The associate let my son try it on and directed us to go back to the front to finalize the exchange. I went there on Mother's Day with my girlfriend and her daughter just to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit my girlfriend, I asked the manager (not knowing it was her) if she could get us a couple of shoes from the shoe section for my girlfriend. My girlfriend was trying shoes on, to decide on which one to get, and suddenly the manager (Celest) was near by my girlfriend, so she noticed that she was being watched while trying her shoes on, she felt uncomfortable and felt like she was being rushed, to the point where she couldn't comfortably decide what shoes she wanted, so she settled for the first ones she liked first. My girlfriend and I faced her, asked her why she was standing there, watching her and all she did was give us attitude by saying "yes, that's why I'm apologizing sir" with such attitude. read more

This store has zero customer service experience. I came in with daughter to find back to school denim and I gave her time to try something on while I checked the bags on wall. I saw a guy standing there and I waited for him to offer help because everything is too high to grab and all he did was stand there babysitting the cashier. My daughter finished and we walked out to the next stores but when we walked back I really wanted a price check on the bag I liked. There was a girl that was polite and I was able to see the bag up close, the guy was literally standing in the same spot and I brought up how rude it was to not offer any assistance earlier. He apologized and left and I asked her who store manager was and she said they were both managers so I asked for store manager and she wasn't in so instead of calling tomorrow I'm writing this complaint because I can't believe the manager standard is that low. The girl that was polite enough to assist didn't know how to handle complaint and made excuses for the bad customer service instead of assuring she will talk to upper management instead said for me to do complaint myself. The day that I had arrived at the store I looked at the many things they had set up the front area was very well set up and the many different were very catchy to the eyes there was a great visual presentation . The many shoppers and the many places that you find great running shoes and the many ladies shoes stores you will find them on the many levels at Plaza Bonita one of the many Indoor malls that you will find here in California . I picked a great day to check out many stores and to get the things that I needed for my trip because when you need different shirts for the evening and the morning . I had gone over so many stores there were many that had seen yet there was something That I needed to be more casual and more relaxed . I was going through the many levels in the mall when I had come across a store that had so many things that it had the looks of the many stores at Belmont Park the many shorts and the shirts the different prints and the many styles from they had many things there was also girls clothing . When you have a store that has a little touch of the beach and the many skate parks yet the touch of being in the water you get Tillys one of the best stores that I have seen . The manager of the store had seen me looking around had come over and Introduced herself to me she asked me the many question the things that I was looking I had told her that I was flying to Las Vegas . There were styles that I had purchased in the past that I had found the great styles that Tillys had carried which had surprised the styles of Rip Curl and Oakley and the many print Ts of TIllys that have great graphic design shirts . The great location for Tillys in the mall they have as great mix in student shoppers and their parents the shoe styles and the pant styles are very nice . As a reviewer when you go to Tillys you get the dose of the beach and the skate boarding clothes and the ladies that come to the store also have a great selection of many shorts and tops and the bathing suits they design for women where do women get the best . The day at the store I had seen the many products that are offered by Tillys even the remote control custom drones the adults type toys that shouldn't be used by teens . I absolutely love shopping during the week & when a store just opens up. I always feel like that's when employees are rejuvenated & you get better customer service. Although I know we should always be getting great customer service, regardless of time of day... but you get my drift. I walked in focused on getting a gift card. And as soon as I stepped foot in Tilly's, I'm greeted w/ a cheerful "Good morning! Let me know if I can help you, k?" The warm employee was already behind the register & I was deciding on which gift card to choose from. When the cashier casually says," Aren't you happy the rain's over?" I answer back, "Yes! I work for the Post Office & deliver mail." This started out a new conversation for another 5 minutes... Easy peasy. There are plenty of items on sale now that spring is around the corner! I wanted to make a shout out to a sales person named Elias that is working at Tilly's. I was looking for a birthday out fit for a friend not having a clue what to buy him. The sales person was folding shirts and even tho he was wearing a mask I know he smiled and asked if I needed help knowing I was lost and confuse. One of the few stores that actually have almost an equal amount of male to female ratio of clothes. They have everything! Clothes, shoes, accessories, little random gifts. They have good quality stuff, some is expensive and some you can find at good deals. They have even better deals during sale seasons. A little bit of something for everyone. read more

The store is a joke. Not only is one of the female managers beyond rude and unhelpful. After my girlfriend called her out for not helping her and just standing around talking and laughing with other co-workers she finally decided to call her out on it and leave the store. Someone then decided to message her from the store and harrass her and tell her that that she looked poor and ratchet . Great store for teens and young adults. They have one side for the guys and one side for the girls. We went on Labor Day and the store was packed! The employees were really busy, but not too busy to help out and answer questions. The manager Andrew is really awesome!
