From the moment you walk in you're greeted. I couldn't find a specific style and size, I asked and I was assisted. The prices are fair and this spot has many ranges of sizes. Instead, I walked into a disorganized mess with indifferent employees and a total lack of customer service. From the jump, no one greeted me. Staff were too busy chatting and scrolling on their phones to even make eye contact. The store layout was chaotic -- clothes all over the place, sizes mixed up, and shelves clearly not restocked. After searching way too long, I asked if they had my size in the back. The employee didn't even look at me and said, "If it's not out there, we don't have it," then walked away. No offer to help. No effort. Nothing. To make it worse, the fitting rooms were locked. No sign, no explanation. When I asked why, I got a shrug and a half-hearted "we're short-staffed" -- again, with zero apology or alternative offered. Finally, I tried to check out, but the line was crawling. Only one register open, the cashier was clearly overwhelmed, and the rest of the staff stood around doing absolutely nothing to help. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I gave up, left the pants, and walked out. No one cared. No one asked if I needed anything. I honestly felt like my presence in the store was an inconvenience to them. This location is a joke. Rude staff, poor management, and absolutely no respect for customers. I've had better service at swap meets. I won't be back -- and I'd recommend avoiding this place entirely unless they seriously overhaul how they operate. read more

Moe the store owner is amazing! You can tell he cares about his customers. My husband and I came in looking for his outfit for our upcoming family portrait shoot. My husband is heavy set and this is the only Dickies store in Spring Valley that carries sizes up to 5xl! Moe and his staff were so accommodating, went above and beyond assisting us with our needs and what we were looking for. Abby and Hassan were amazing, very kind and knowledgeable with their products. I decided to do some scrub shopping here today while in the area. My favorite brands are heartandsoul, KD110, grey's anatomy and dickies. I was greeted by Mohammed and told him what I was here for. He showed me which brands they had, what was on sale, what colors they had in my size AND what he could order online for me. He really went above and beyond my expectations. You're super awesome Mohammed! Thank you for your help today. Not only does this store sell scrubs, but the store sells hoodies, shirts, backpacks, stethoscopes and shoes as well. Prices are kind of a hit or miss. I definitely recommend checking out the sale racks for some really good deals. If you're looking to buy some new scrubs, this place is a winner in my book. Yes, the owner/manager was asking questions. He showed us some things. I found him to be nothing but funny and helpful. I think people just are anti-social and don't understand human interactions. Guess what, we bought the size of "Original Dickies" from Walmart and found out that the quality is not even close to the "Dickies" brand this guys sells. He was very knowledgeable. I came back the same day, with a receipt, and they would not exchange (they didn't have the correct size) or refund my purchase. I spent $100 there so I guess it was an expensive lesson. Never again. This place has no idea what customer service is, and does not follow their advertised signs. They have a sign (first picture attached) of what time the store opens and the owner/manager did not get there until 9:50 (second picture). He did not even bother to apologize for being late and instead told me to wait because he needed to put some things away. I give five stars based on the type of restaurant and how it measures up to that level of food and service. IE: a five star fast food does not equal a five star steakhouse in comparison! Our first visit to Dickey's was perfect. Everything I anticipated and more. All the meats were juicy and tasty, full of flavor...real barbeque flavor! We smoke meat at home so can be critical...there was enough to take home. We are pleased. All three employees were more than attentive, providing direction, offering specials and reasonable add ons based on our choices for dinner. Well trained, to not offer bread with a sandwich, etc. And I would have not known the ice cream was free for desert, nice touch! The manager asked about portions and what we liked. I was in need of some work pants, and this was the place, after 2 other places. The prices where not the that bad for 2 pants and shirts. The store is well stocked and have more then enough of the same size witch is nice just in case if you need to run back and get more. I love the different colors they have with the pants, shirts, and jackets. I also love that they have beanies, hats, and a little section of Cologne. One of my places to go for clothes. read more

The location in Rancho San Diego is the best...you can tell slight differences in the different franchise locations. The staff here is super friendly and greet you with a smile. If you go enough (like I do) they remember your order! The sliced brisket is wonderful as is the pulled pork sandwich. My kid and hubby liked the smoked chicken. An old middle eastern man asked if we are looking for something specific, we told him we need Tshirt uniforms, the size he gave my daughter seemed small so I asked if she can also try a larger size and he Rudely responded "how do you know? Why don't you let her try it on first ?" Really who says things like that to their customers ???
