I'm always having issues trying to redeem coupons or Tilly's Cash. Angel totally hooked me up and made sure I was able to use them despite the computer issues. A girl greeted me by the door and they answered all my questions. The store has an amazing selection and so many things I wanted. I was able to get my discount and get another Tilly's cash Reward. I walked in to find a pair of shoes that I was interested in. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I didn't catch the girl's name that helped me but she was extremely helpful and super nice! She grabbed me the size that I usually am, but since it was Adidas they tend to run big. So she grabbed me a half size and a full size down so I could see which fit better. I really appreciated her help! I believe she went on her break as I was trying on the other sizes, but the other girls in the store were just as helpful and friendly. Went to buy my wife a pair of adidas. The young girl (I think her name was Selena) who helped me rocked. They didn't have it in stock so she called santee waited on hold for awhile until they picked up. Neither store had them in my wife's size so she tried showing me another shoe which I appreciated because the effort to help out was awesome. Customer service was awful! Went in for back to school shopping for my kids. No one seemed to want to help us, I asked a worker if they can help us with a certain size and they said they would get back to me but they did not come back. Had to go to Santee to get decent service. read more

Store is super tidy and clean. I went during the middle of the day during the week and the store was empty so that might have something to do with it. Although there's been plenty of times were I've gone to other clothing stores and the employees just stand there and the place is a mess. Friendly employees on the floor and ringing people up. I've been shopping at this location for over 15 yrs and it has always been great. The employees know what they are doing and their suggestions are always great. They are especially helpful in getting different sizes and are very pleasant when you are checking out. They have a great variety of sizes and if they don't have a specific item they will try and order it. Very pleased with this Tillys. read more

5/14/22 3:30ish You can see me on the camera's in a black tank top. Yeah imma be that guy. So I walked in the store, wasn't acknowledged/greeted by the one person(male wore a hat, looked young/naive) stared right at me as I walked in, they sort of just looked at me stayed quiet. Female with her back turned who was adjusting shirts noticed me as I passed her begin to greet me but then stopped halfway??.. Felt awkward. I continued into the store and sat by the hats section for a few minutes looking for the right one and the one I wanted was out of reach. Made eye contact with one or more employees. I walked around a couple other sections. Stopped by hats one last time. No one really made an effort to engage or offer assistance even after I looked around for someone near. I was ready to buy something but after sitting there I felt stupid so I left(left in dead silence too). Normally I can't walk into a store without being bombarded or told if I needed anything, to let them know which in customer service, if you're bugging you're doing the right thing. Does that not exist anymore? I don't know I kind of just had this feeling like if they ignored me it would prompt me to probably leave the store quickly so they could just sit around and not do anything. Well it worked lol. Still a stable in our family when it comes to daughter clothing shopping. The store is large and has a great selection of his and clothing. Styles are unique and current. Customer service is ok and friendly. Assesories like sunglasses and hats are rather expensive. Definitely look for coupons in the mail and take advantage of them. read more

I come here to buy clothes for my son. The constant asking questions is very annoying. I think they have some kind of competition as to who can sell the most items and if customers take a survey online to mention the person who assisted them. As soon as I walk in the questions start from one guy in the front of the store working that area, then I go towards the back where they have the boys clothes and the guy working that area asks at least 3 questions in 1 minute! Geez! Can I shop?! Also when my son was finished trying on some jeans we headed towards the cashier and he asked "how many items are you buying?" why is that any of his business? I though that was very weird. The last few times I've been to this location it feels like I'm entering to be interrogated. read more

Absolute WORST customer service!!!! I ordered some items online and had a piece shipped to the store for pickup as I needed the shirt for my son's school pictures. I was at a business event and was not able to pickup the item so sent my mom to pickup the item and the store manager would not release the $20 shirt to her even though my mom had the email with the barcode to pickup the item and a text photo of my ID. I called customer service to get approval to release the shirt and they would also not allow it. The only way to get it would be to cancel the order and repurchase since I physically couldn't get to the store....most ridiculous customer service I have ever encountered for a measly $20 tillys shirt! Clearly tillys could use some education in being flexible with their customers. read more

They are very informative when it comes to letting us know what deals are available and how to save by using the Moola program. 18 months ago, my kid was still shopping at Crazy 8/Children's Place for all his clothing, but fast forward to age 12 & this is pretty much the only place he wants to buy clothes now. Like most guys, I hate shopping... especially w/ Amazon 1 click away, but clothes need to be bought in person. We've always had a pleasant experience here... even for a 40something unhip dad just standing there waiting for him to pick out & try on clothes. Great selection of all ranges & styles of clothing & accessories (if you can't find something here you like, just stick w/ shopping at Target/Wal-Mart). I see a few reviews that mention the staff are overly aggressive in trying to sell you stuff. I can see what they mean, but in my experience here, I see it differently. We're greeted when we first enter & asked if we need any help, to which we usually say no & they say to find them if we do need help. A couple others politely ask if you need help when you get to their assigned area, but happily leave you alone if you say no. When you do need help, they're quick to respond & have always had an upbeat enthusiastic attitude. It's nice because you get very personalized service without being accosted. When you find an item you like, they take it up to the front for you until you're ready. At first I found this annoying, & it's probably based in an anti theft mentality, but I started liking it because you don't have to lug a bunch of stuff through the store & if you change your mind on something, you don't have to go on a scavenger hunt to find where you picked it up from to put it back. Shopping here can be a little hard on the pocketbook, but they email coupons every few weeks or so. They expire within a couple weeks, but there's another one coming along soon enough. Plus, the manager here told me to bring in coupons that are recently expired & they'll still honor them. read more

If I could give a zero instead of 1 star I would. They charged me twice for my purchase because their registers were having a glitch, and now weeks later, I am still fighting with their district office to try to get my money back. They basically stole money from me!!! They can look on the cameras and see that they charged me 2x and the manager on duty assured me that if I had been charged twice I would have no problem getting my money back. These people are crooks!!!! They took my money twice -- it can be proven and they are treating me like crap and refusing to just reverse the second charge --- both of the charges went thru at the exact same time & for the exact same amount....and they can see the whole event on their cameras........and I have the name of the manager that assured I would have no problem getting a refund.....but they are refusing to help me!!!!!...........They stole money from me ..... Great customer care! My daughter lost her wallet in the dressing room and within minutes returned to look for it. Got home and I called the store. The manager ,Elizabeth, was very nice (even though I was super irritated) and went above and beyond to help us. She contacted headquarters and checked surveillance within only a few hours. Never did find it.....but very pleased with how quickly and thorough they were. Thank you again staff! read more

Just waited in line to buy clothes for Christmas. Left the store and discovered that there was a sensor tag left on a shirt. Came back in within ten mins and was told that I had to wait in line AGAIN to have it removed. Solid customer service there, Tillys. Solid. Smh. Oh...and pretty much every employee in the place looks like they're about as thrilled to be there as a kid in detention. read more
