I wore the second pair for the first time. Ok the way to the store, I noticed a big stain on them. I tried to exchange them as well and was told that I had to have the box. No where in the store or on the receipt did it say a box was required. I was not going to drive home and back to get the box because it's almost 20 miles round trip. I'm stuck with a $55 pair of sandals that I might never wear because of the stain. The manager did try to wash the stain, but it's still there. I've been wearing Sketchers since they came out and never had a problem until now. I have returned shoes without the box in the past. If this is their policy, it needs to be posted everywhere!

I love the sale but why are socks $20 for 5 or 6 pairs? Regardless of brand, that is crazy! Customer service is good. Someone says hello when you come in but no one offers help or checks in while you're shopping. I'm not sure how many people are working at a time. I've noticed just two people. I don't usually need extra support so I am okay with just a greeting.

The employee who assisted me was extremely informative, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. After speaking with her for a bit, I learned that she was actually the store manager, Miranda Troncoso. It was refreshing and impressive to see a manager leading from the front and working alongside her team. That level of hands-on leadership really stood out to me. I truly appreciated the way she handled customer interactions, especially knowing how challenging it can be to work with the public--I work in wireless as a district manager, so I understand firsthand. Finish Line has a great leader at this location, and it definitely shows in the customer experience.
