We live in Tijuana and we're not able to return within the 15 days.. It's unfortunate. However my wife will give the new pants to one of her coworkers. The staff made sure to let us know they were there if we had any questions. Why my husband was looking over the hats I checked out what the store carried. The store is very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful not only to us but the other customers that walked in after us. My husband made his purchase, 3 hats. Most recently, a few weeks ago we started looking for a LL catcher's helmet for my son for fall ball. We went to all the bigger athletic stores, which carried maybe 1 random helmet. We walked into Berry's and there were at least 10 helmets -- different sizes, colors and brands to try on. My son found one he loved, great price -- wrong color -- but he didn't care. However, by the time we got to the cash register the gentleman helping us had already looked up the helmet and was special ordering it in the color my son wanted -- without us having to ask!?!? In one week, I received a call that the helmet was in the store ready to pick up. I am a person who expects outstanding, no-nonsense, no-pressure customer service from experts in their field, and that is exactly what Berry's provides. Moreover, the product selection exceeded my expectations. Both the service and products surpassed anything a big-box store would or could do. Thanks, Berry's!

When the system started playing "Africa" by Toto, and I had my new sandals in hand, I knew it was more than serendipity, 'I was meant to be here'. I read some pretty awful reviews about the customer service here, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I hustled in with my normal jovial jive. Mike kindly greeted me and led me to exactly what I thought I was looking for, Cobian sandals. While Cobian's weren't at all it for me (too tight in the middle of the foot), as I browsed Mike perfectly balanced providing support/giving me product knowledge with allowing me time to try things on slash check things out. In other words, anytime I had questions, which I had quite a few, he was there, but not in a hovery way. He informed me of other products, but really only when it was appropriate. As soon I tried my first pair on, Mike let me know where to find the nearest mirror. I knew I was leaving the store with sandals today, and Mike made that experience a breeze-no hiccups, no funny business, just excellent customer service. The same is to be said for the rest of the lively crew, including the associate who rung me up. Truly, nothing but good vibes here. Thank you to the entire crew! Again, this place was clean!
