My husband was in search for a couple of Padres hat and this location had what he was looking for. We were welcomed as we entered the store. The staff made sure to let us know they were there if we had any questions. Why my husband was looking over the hats I checked out what the store carried. They had a lot of Padres sports wear but also carried shoes. I looked at the little Vans for toddlers, very cute. They also carried different styles of Uggs wear. The store is very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful not only to us but the other customers that walked in after us. My husband made his purchase, 3 hats. He was pleased with the purchase and found them to be a fair price. It was quite a ways to visit this location. I went in for one thing & walked out with like 10 lol, not because of them being pushy, just that there's just plenty of good stuff even though it's a smaller store. I got there when they opened & as soon as I walked up, there was a line of people sitting outside like waiting for something. I almost thought it was to get in, but they were waiting for an exclusive hat drop & had been there waiting for hours already. I saw all four of the hats when they gave me a look inside & they're dope! Now I'm following on their insta so I can keep an eye out on future drops, plus they have more merch online on their website, too, so I'll probably get in more trouble there. I looked on Yelp and this place came up but I've never heard of them so I wasn't for sure if they were still in business. Yes they were and they're doing some great things over there. First they have tons of Levis!!!! Second their prices are very affordable!!! Third the customer service is excellent!!! I spoke to two different guys and they were both great at their jobs! If you need some Vans shoes they have them! If you need New Era fitted hats at a great price they have it!!! Well Date of Visit : April 13 , 2022 and I have been to many different Shops that Carry Padres Hats but here at Cali Wear SD they got quite a selection !! As I walk in You head towards the register and all the Fitteds and Snap Backs were there lots of selection !! Well as you can see by my photos !! I ask the lady working how much and some are quite expensive !! As A Lids Collector or Hat Collector I saw some of the coolest looking hats here !! All sorts of Padres Hats with side patches and lots of different designs too !! It's an pretty small store but as A Padres Fan I wanted to buy each and every one but the draw back was the price !! One of the ones was 55 Dollars and I was thinking what !! More expensive then the Padres Store it self !! Well the appearance of the store was nice but little small !! Located next to a Crunch Fitness On University Ave !! They do have other cool types of stuff here also !! But if you are desperate for an Cool design Padres Hat then Cali Wear SD Fits the bill !! But remember it will Cost You !! Overall it's an amazing Store and all you hat collectors this is an store you must check out !! This place is not only over priced but my girlfriend bought me a gift from here for my birthday and when I went to the store to return what she bought for me because it didn't fit and not my style. They denied me exchange for something else in their store I didn't want money back I just wanted something I would actually wear because she paid $100 for some over priced shorts. I would recommend shopping at other stores because they sell nothing different than most stores like them sell and if shopping elsewhere almost 90 percent of time would be cheaper than Caliwear.
