There was something about the display and atmosphere; it was quite calming and drew me in. I walked both sides and was looking at the accessories when the person who worked there came over and greeted me. I asked how long the store had been open and he said almost 5 years. I was shocked! How had I not noticed this cool shop in 5 years.. He continued with information on where they source their goods and said they get in new goods every week. I bought a couple of really cute Christmas sweatshirts for $12 each that were displayed on a table at the entrance. Screaming good deal! Definitely going to put this shop on my regular pop-in shops.

There appeared to be someone suspected of stealing, which I completely understand can be stressful for employees, but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and created an awkward environment for every paying customer in the store. Instead of trying to calmly de escalate the situation and maintain professionalism, the employees were loudly arguing and making the entire atmosphere tense. I politely asked if they could open the second register so I could simply pay for our shirt and leave with my family because we were feeling uncomfortable. Rather than helping or acknowledging the concern, one of the employees started yelling across the store saying they had "someone stealing inside." That response was unnecessary, immature, and honestly shocking customer service. Situations like this are exactly why management and staff training matter. Customers should never feel trapped in the middle of store drama or loss prevention issues. A mature and experienced team would know how to handle situations discreetly while still taking care of paying customers respectfully.

The premade skateboard is less expensive starts at $199, prices varies depending on the design and materials used, but may son preferred to customize his own skateboard so that's why we paid a little more. It was a really nice skateboard tho, it's high quality and the guy who was helping us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went to the zumiez in Fashion Valley Mall. This might be our 2nd trip of many. Prices are expensive but the joy on my son's face picking his own outfit and getting cool swag makes it worth it.

Post check out, I saw that for some reason the clothes were shipping to my mother's address even though I have never ordered anything from Ann Taylor and had it shipped to my mother ever in my entire life. I am not sure how it happened. None the less, I tried contacting someone right away to get it corrected. 1. Nobody answers the phone. 2. Nobody longs onto the chat to help customers. 3. I texted and someone responded more than 24 hours later that the order number I provided was wrong. Then I sent screenshots to prove that the order number I provided was, in fact, correct. They then responded another more than 24 hours later that there was nothing they could do and told me to contact UPS. There is no UPS tracking number and no label has even been created yet. In my case, I can drive to my mother's house to pick up my order however it is incredibly inconvenient and the least they could have done is not charge me to ship it to the wrong place. I feel like just disputing the changes on my credit card based on principle. What if it was shipped to some random address where I didn't even know the person that lived there?

I started checking my email before checkout for any store coupons. It saved me $20 last week! I got two pairs of shoes and 12 pairs disney toddler socks for $80. Socks were bogo 50% off. I love the sale but why are socks $20 for 5 or 6 pairs? Regardless of brand, that is crazy! Customer service is good. Someone says hello when you come in but no one offers help or checks in while you're shopping. I'm not sure how many people are working at a time. I've noticed just two people. I don't usually need extra support so I am okay with just a greeting.
