However, in less than 24 hours after submitting my order - I received an email informing me of the dilemma, along with an option to either be refunded immediately or pick out another choice in my size. Again, they impressed me with how quick the process was going by sending a follow up email correcting the order just a few hours later. So I didn't know what to base our sons on. Once we walked in we told the sales associate what we knew. The theme was an ocean theme, semi formal, and his date was wearing navy blue. The people that usually help with fitting were busy. The staff that worked the cash register helped us and helped put the suit together. The store has an in house alterations. They were able to get my son fitted right away and get the alterations done in a timely matter. It was more affordable than other places we went to. Pick up was smooth. The alterations looked great. Parking was easy since it shares a lot with other businesses. Overall, we will continue to come here to purchase suits. Customer service is great, it's affordable, and they have everything here from ties, socks, cuffs, shoes, full suits, etc.
