Bought shoe back in September. It was the very first shoe in the very first stream they ever had on Whatnot. Since they are an established store I didn't think to check it. When it sold on eBay it didn't pass authentication and I also ran it through check check and it failed. I called them several times over the course of 2 months giving them all of the information and even emailed all the receipts and details. They couldn't even bother to respond much less offer to make it right. It's even worse because I spent a lot of money with them when they were streaming. To note: I didnt purchase any sneakers or any type of merchandise. The store's layout was really awesome and unique. Im not huge on purchasing resell priced shoes. Kind of a weird vibe, shop employees were snooty. If you're spending over typical resell for shoes I'd expect to be treated nicer.

They have a wide selection but their prices are higher than what you can get off of Goat or Stadium in most of the shoes I looked at. There were a pair of Travis Scott Nikes there for $4.5k, but looking closer at them, they looked just like the fake ones that are going around. We tried talking with the boss about it but he didn't even ask why we thought they were fake. He just kept trying to get us to talk to his friend who works at check check. (But you know his friend will side with him and not the shoes). The store is convenient and there is a wide selection. Just be careful when shopping there. read more

They have good products but they overcharge like crazzzy. They selling heritage 1s for 250 and dark marinas for 380. Stay away from this store if you want something priced even remotely good, but besides that they do have a good selection. read more

Bought 2 pairs of shoes and before we even left the store my husband found a different a pair (within 2 minutes of purchase) that he wanted to purchase since there was a slight flaw in that a ones he just bought... and the other pair were more expensive (chance for store to make more $) and they flat out refused to switch them out...we hadn't even walked out the store yet!!! Place is a scam. I went to trade in shoes (cool Grey 11s, utility 12, Easter 12s, and mid all star 1s) and was only offered 1 pair of yeezy slides. Disappointed as this was a new sneaker shop and had high hopes but just another scam it seems. read more
