So not only did they fail to deliver the product correctly, they overcharged me hundreds of dollars. When I went in to confront them, they refused to take responsibility or honor what they had said. The manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely useless. No apology, no accountability, nothing. This business is built on lies, zero integrity, and terrible customer service. I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. Don't waste your time or your money here -- you'll regret it.

Their selection of frames range from affordable to high end designer. Regardless to what your budget is the customer service is unmatched! Billy is super knowledgeable and helpful to find the right frame. The lead time for the finished glasses depends on what you need but since I require progressive lenses it takes a little but longer than a standard lens. All three of my new glasses (one clear for everyday/night, two different style sunglasses) came in earlier than expected. In all the years and the hundreds I have spent, I have only utilized the warranty program once for a replacement pair. Then I ordered another pair recently, it cracked in a car accident we were in and so I filed for a replacement under the warranty. I sent two requests in 1 week and heard nothing back. Fortunately, they are on Yelp because I received a message back almost instantly saying it would be forwarded to a CS manager and I had a brand new replacement pair a few days later. Ana patiently worked with me to troubleshoot the fit of the lenses and make sure they wouldn't fall out as the vintage frame had a bit of wear and tear that made them unstable. She was able to add a rubber lining on the inside that helped grip the lens better. It worked like a charm!
