Today's experience just reinforced why I will continue to do business with this fine company. After my first purchase of CAPs from a hotel in Miami Beach, FL, I had reason to reach out to Zach, whose excellent customer service was everything other references have said. But, having learned that Zach has moved on, more recently, I reached out to Armando; and he followed through on 9FIVE's value proposition of having great products at a fair price, professionally represented. However, until today, all of my dealings with 9FIVE has been on line, which when you think about what goes into getting prescription glasses RIGHT, not to mention from an on line retailer, that's pretty amazing! But, being on vacation in the San Diego area gave me the opportunity to visit 9FIVE's Logan Ave. store. From the very minute I met Samantha, and then several of her co-workers, I knew that the 9FIVE culture of selling great products, backed up by competent, caring customer service was alive and well.
