When I've gotten them back with my corrective lens, they don't end up fitting my face well. I ask them to adjust them and they do, but they still don't fit well and either fall off my face or hurt my ears. Their customer service is decent. There are a lot of employees there so you don't have to wait too long to be seen but not all have great customer service skills. Some appear annoyed that they have to get up to assist you and others go above and beyond to help you. Their prices are very pricey compared to other retail places but they offer "discounts" if you get more than one pair. I only purchased here instead of other places like Costco because they do have a large selection and it was convenient and I have really great vision insurance. I recently lost a pair and called them to ask if they could offer any type of discount if I purchased the exact same glasses without insurance and they only offered a slight discount off the prescription and not the lenses. I ended up ordering from ezcontacts.com

When the doctor (Efrain) noticed this, he explained the only other option would be dilation. I continued to ask questions out of curiosity (as I did not want my child's eyes dilated) and Efrain condescendingly asked, "Are we really talking about $39?" (trying to shame me for questioning his optional fee) I respond... Efrain gets louder and makes comments about my kid not being able to hold still. At this point, I decide to not continue the appointment in which Efrain storms out and slams my kids file on the receptionist's desk and stares us down as we leave the office. 100% do not recommend. It was a degrading experience to say the least.

There were two employees at the front desk behind their computers, as well as a group of about 6-8 employees behind the reception area. Unfortunately, not a single person greeted me or offered to help me choose a frame. I understand it was toward the end of the day and everyone may have had a long day, but as a customer who came in ready to make a purchase, I expected at least to be acknowledged or asked if I needed assistance. I was visiting from San Francisco and had purchased frames here before, which is exactly why I made a point of coming back. Unfortunately, after standing there without anyone offering to help, I decided to walk away without purchasing anything. It was disappointing, especially because I returned based on my previous experience and genuinely wanted to buy another pair of frames from this location. A simple greeting or offer to assist would have made a big difference!

I recently received a pair of prescription glasses, but unfortunately, the prescription was incorrect. I had to return them to be fixed, which was already inconvenient. What was more disappointing was that I was asked to pay additional fees for their mistake, and no apology was ever offered. Today, I received a text that my glasses were ready for pickup. I called to schedule a pickup, but the receptionist placed me on hold for 15 minutes, only to tell me that there were no available appointments and that I would need to wait another two days just to pick up my glasses. To make matters worse, the receptionist was very rude and ended the call abruptly without any courtesy. After being a long-time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the management addresses both the service quality and customer care moving forward.
