She also was dead set on gas lighting the crap out of my GF which again, very strange interaction. My GF had bought a pair of glasses from that very store about year ago ish, that recently were stolen and we were trying to replace. The store clerk insisted the glasses never existed LMAO! It was the strangest interaction. She was insistent the glasses combo has never existed in the history of Ray Bans, that she was mistaken and bought something else. My gf even pulled a picture up and showed her and she was still like "ya those don't exist" . The profile showed a different pair. I'm not sure what wires got crossed, but gas lighting your customer does nothing. It truly does not hurt to say something along the lines of "oh wow, your profile is showing something else- I'm not sure what happened there. We don't have that style in stock but if you are interested, we can order you a pair that is that combo". It was such an off putting experience, I'm sure I am not explaining it well- because this back and forth gas lighting was sooooo adamant that my girlfriend never had ray bans like that was so over the top and strange. Especially since she had several pics of them . Like for what? I'm very curious why she felt so entitled. So we left and bought 3 pairs online later at home. I know a sunglasses sales associate and this girl wasn't getting our money to help her meet her sales. Some people just don't belong in customer service.

I couldn't fix the issue so I went to this location on my time off. I bought my glasses from this location. The girl with the green hair was visibly annoyed with me from the moment I walked in. Rather than help me try to fix the issue, she decided to go straight to replacing my glasses. When I told her that was drastic for this issue, she insisted we factory reset my glasses so I complied with that, lost all my photos. Voice instruction still wasn't working after the reset so she insisted again on replacing them. Mind you, you only get a few replacements if you have the protection plan, I think only one or two replacements. At that point, I spoke to the manager who then got another employee to get into the meta app and we are able to fix the issue with voice commands not working in about 30 seconds. I saved them from replacing my glasses, but needlessly got my phone wiped. The manger and the Filipino guy who works there are good but the green hair girl is a clown, doesn't know anything about her job, and doesn't like helping customers. Avoid her, just deal with the manager or the Filipino guy working. If they are busy, just wait until they can help you, you will wish you had. I'm seeing other people complaining about the green hair girl in these comments.

They said if I did the eye exam for contacts it came with trial contacts. So I made the appointment. I was going to purchase a larger supply of contacts once I get paid. I NEED them for work as my glasses fog up and I cannot see. Anyways they gave me the wrong contacts and my eyes rejected them the second day and they literally fell out of my eyes. Never had this happen. I called and asked for them to be replaced since those were not the right ones. They said I had to buy a 6 month supply or more which I can't afford and now I don't know how I'm going to do my job so I can make the money to buy them and pay my bills. Waste of money.

This review is long overdue, but I am finally posting it because we actually went to another optometry retailer/chain in 2025, but returned to Walmart Vision Center. All the staff who have helped us deserve recognition. Vanessa usually is there on the weekends. James is wonderful. Jose is great. Yvette is still amazing. I appreciate the time Vanessa has spent adjusting our glasses. I truly appreciate the honesty James provided when he informed me that the glasses I chose are not best suited for my face and will not stay in place therefore I would not see correctly. Even though he spent a great deal of time pricing out the glasses/checking insurance coverage and explaining the differences then getting the transaction ready, he recommended that I reconsider and take my time finding glasses that will fit correctly so that I don't end up with a purchase I may regret. I listened and returned another day and Yvette helped me find the glasses I am wearing now. They have a great selection on both inexpensive eye wear and also designer brands. We have always been pleased with all our purchases.

Jasmine went the extra step by sending me an email with a link to my insurance company so that I could immediately claim the cost of the glasses through my insurance vender. About two months later they developed electrical problems that were a factory defect. When I came in for a replacement they wanted to charge me $125. I thought that was odd for a clear defect so soon after purchase, but I was willing to pay because I wanted my glasses back. In the meantime I received a text from Ray-Ban telling me I should not pay anything and that I needed to speak with someone higher up at LensCrafters. I asked to speak with a manager. A young employee named Devon became very irrational and unprofessional, insisted she was the person in charge, and was not in a state to have a calm conversation. I left to give her time to collect herself. I returned the next day and paid the $125 ransom just to get my glasses. After that, another manager named Jerry told me I am no longer allowed back in the store. I was cool patient and respectful the entire time. The defensiveness over a straightforward warranty issue felt off and shady , why are they so defensive?? I am pursuing a refund. If you want Ray-Ban Meta glasses, buy them directly from Ray-Ban or a different authorized retailer. This location made a simple factory-defect replacement into a drawn-out time consuming , expensive, and hostile experience.
