When it sold on eBay it didn't pass authentication and I also ran it through check check and it failed. I called them several times over the course of 2 months giving them all of the information and even emailed all the receipts and details. They couldn't even bother to respond much less offer to make it right. It's even worse because I spent a lot of money with them when they were streaming. Beware they will not take care of you.

Just ask David and Nick what you're looking for. They know their shoes!!! I was looking for Travis Scott's "reverse mocha" but they just sold my size the day before. But luckily I found a pair that caught my attention and won my heart. Air Jordan 4s "Cement Black" They are FIRE!! Can't wait to rock them.

When they're not doing conventions or pop-ups, they sell vinyl collectibles, streetwear, and some exclusive merchandise. Prices vary here based on the item. I stopped in when they did a drink pop-up for Comic Con and Tokidoki's 20th anniversary. They had the table at the front with the drink vendor and it was quiet with no line. The shop had exclusive items for Tokidoki's 20th so I bought a tee from them as well. Regarding parking, usually you can rely on street parking or might be able to find a lot where you pay to park.

It's relatively similar to what I've been to in other upscale areas, but the quality of the clothing is top notch, which makes it worth the price. They also seem to have some decent sales and a welcome offer online, with an option for shipping or pickup at one of their three locations. I appreciated how patient the associate was with me during my first trip (it was definitely over an hour and I left with four bags haha) but I was able to find the perfect date outfit and restock my closet post move and I have already been back again.

It's a pretty big store with a little bit of everything lots of cute merchandise, souvenirs, and random knickknacks. The staff was super sweet, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The store itself was a really good size and everything was laid out nicely. I also thought the pricing was pretty reasonable, especially for a touristy area. Definitely a cute little place to stop by, especially if you're in the Gaslamp and realize you forgot something or just want to pick up some last-minute souvenirs or knickknacks. Would definitely recommend checking it out!

What was far more disappointing was going back to the store to ask whether they could exchange it. The staff showed **zero empathy** and made no effort to help resolve what should have been a simple customer-service issue. No concern that a product they sold failed immediately, no attempt to offer an exchange, and no interest in keeping a customer happy. A cheap Wiffle bat is not a major expense, but the way a business responds when something goes wrong says everything. This experience made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. Absolutely would never come back, and I would not recommend buying anything here if you expect the store to stand behind what it sells.
