This place was not good for me at all. All of their clothes are cheaply made and will not last longer then one night of wearing it. The clothes are too flashy and are definitely for a girl and not a woman. While I was walking around looking I noticed a woman with a baby in a stroller following me around the store. I am almost positive that she is the store product controller or internal security. Good front taking your baby to work! I asked for assistance and the Asian owner lady thought it was more important to answer her cell phone and walk away without saying excuse me or Im sorry prior to answering it. First of all sizes are so off, second, the lady told me to wear a mask since it's store policy i asked even if i'm vaccinated she said yes then as we were about to leave I saw that the employees were not even wearing their masks, super unprofessional and the girls there were so rude. read more

I haven't shopped here but I want to thank them for their great customer service and community support. My car caught fire on 10/15/2020. After going to 3 different businesses to borrow an extinguisher for the fire and being looked at like I was speaking an alien language someone from this store brought me an extinguisher. I was able to limit the damage because of their help. I am very great-full to them. Again great customer service even though I am not a customer. The other eateries I have been a customer at many times before, NEVER again though. Thank you read more

The clothes are cute and inexpensive. However this goes for the staff. There were kids running around the store. Knocking things down and one even stepped on my toe. It's fine it's not the staffs fault however I feel like they could have done more to at least tell the parents to relax the kids. Also, the staff was at the counter talking about boys and even using curse words! Like wow, professional. I come here when I don't have time to go to the mall but today was a hot mess! read more

Clothing selection is decent and prices are awesome. The biggest flaw here is the customer service. There's usually no one on the floor to help with anything and there's only 5 dressing rooms, so you have to wait long just to try on clothes. read more

I would never shop here again ! I purchase a shirt 5 min before closing . (Wasn't able to try on) When I got home I try it on n didn't fit . I went back to see if I can exchange or pay the difference for a shirt . But when I got there 2 Asian lady where behind the registers talking didn't even acknowledge me. TI'll I said "HELLO" I told the lady what the problem was she smell the shirt & lay it down to see if there was any stains or makers for a good 5 min. To tell me no cause there was a small stain . What stain ?? Never shopping here again ' they lost a loyal customer that shop there since open . Rude customer service & they won't exchange like they promise . Don't shop here !! I was all excited to attend comdey show after work I stop by the store there no trying on anything so I estimate my size the shirt didn't fit it was with then the date of return then it was i took the tag off then because she would get in trouble with her manager I feel that this company and many more of them get out of our neighborhood unhappy customers read more

Great shop if you are looking for cheap, trending clothes. I always find at least a few things I need everytime I go. It's probably best for customers who dont require a lot of assistance because the employees and just clerks and basically just run the register. read more

Party and club clothes! They have cheap shirts that range from 5-15 bucks. Pants and shoes. Also they carry plus sizes. I'd say their 3X is about like a 1 or 2X though they run small. Good place to go for cheap clothes! read more

Worst place ever!!!! I had to get a shirt really quick and I walked in and was distracted by the noise from the roof ..... Idk if they got rats up in that place but it was horrible on top of that one of the lady's that works there was talking super loud on the phone and the other girl was eating her burrito ...never again will I even walk into that place!!!!! read more

The clothing material is awesome, the only thing about the store is that there is always a lady there who is following you around the store which makes you feel very uncomfortable. Honestly I would come here for cute and unexpensive clothes they have. Today was just one of those days again . As im walking around the store I start hearing noise keep in mind the store music playing yet I could hear movement in the ceiling and squicky rat noises. I wasnt the only one whos attention it had apperently caught , a girl who was a couple feet away also noticed it and the women store owner was ignoring the situation . I go into the fitting room and the cealing was chewed up and on top of it all in the corner was what appeared to be rat droppings on the floor . I couldnt even shop anymore I was more focused on something possibly falling on my shoulder, as im heading out because I was horrified the cealing was cracked and looking disgusting. read more

WORST customer service ever! the chinese lady there is SUCH A BITCH! i left $100 on the counter by accident as i was gonna pay, but my son needed to use the bathroom super bad ( he couldnt hold it anymore) so i had to run out and take him, when i returned it was obviously gone ( AS I EXPECTED ) i then proceed to ask her to check the cameras for me, and she kept shouting and saying she doesnt know how to check & kept insisting i took it with when i left, mind you she was the LADY at the register when i left it., so she was acting super suspicious. like if you knew i took it with me, and was so sure, why not try and let me see the camera to show me that i did indeed take it.. another girl working there named GLORIA was much more helpful.... she offered to let me see the camera..& i walked back to check with her when the chinese bitch came back, yelling saying i cant go behind the counter to see the CAMERA, another action of suspicion. then she keeps saying nobody knows the password, and that they would need a technician, but GLORIA said that someone does know the password and once they checked it she would give me a call,'while the chinese bitch kept interrupting saying that noone knows the password, at all & there was nothing they could do about it.. but GLORIA told me that someone checks the camera daily...& i left my number with her & hopefully i hear from her. read more

Yes, I have to agree with Linda F's review. this store has always had bad customer service. they do not greet you at all for one thing. you could be in the place forever without anyone asking you if you need help. The store owner is very rude. ive lived down the street from Toda Moda for 4 years and ive only been in this place maybe 5 times. The clothes are very poor quality too. I have not set foot in this place for about a year and never will again. I highly recommend the new RAINBOW clothing store down the street ladies. check it out. read more
