Target shopping spree for my mini me! The store is clean and well organized. There is plenty of parking. Lines were not long today and our checkout was smooth. I like the clearance section best lol. The cute items when you first walk in are sooo difficult to walk by and not grab. I know it's strategic so look away before you grab more than necessary. I really like Target clothes for my toddler although I wish they wouldn't make little girl shorts cut so short and give more options for girl sweatpants. I just buy boy pant options but colors tend to be basic blue, black, gray or green. Also, female clothing is usually $2-3 more than boys which pink tax really sucks. They have a really good selection of cards for Valentine's day and multiple price points to fit your budget. I like the option for snack on your way out. It reminds me of Costco but it is pre-made food in a warmer. read more

Every time I order for pick up in store half of my order is in the drive up and I have to wait additionally when I never requested to pick up via drive up. It's probably been 4 times this has happened. Previously the heavy orders where the ones that were mistakenly in the drive up option but now it's smaller items. This is the only Target I have this issue. When I ask the store representatives they don't know why this frequently happens to my order. But experiences I have had with representatives have been good. read more

I shop regularly at the Target in Rancho San Diego, and for the most part, it's a solid experience. The employees are always warm and helpful, and I really appreciate the clean aisles and convenient services like delivery and the on-site Starbucks. The store hours (8 AM-10 PM) are perfect for all-day errands. I love the wave of selections they have and the value for their in-store brand name. Products are amazing. I also think the restrooms could use more attention--better stocking and cleaning would go a long way. Still, for the most part, I find what I need and enjoy the shopping environment here. This was our last stop before heading into Mexico, so we swung by Target for a quick bathroom break and to grab some snacks. While the store itself was clean and well organized, the bathrooms were a different story, absolutely filthy. It was disappointing, especially considering how tidy the rest of the store was. There's a Starbucks inside, and the customer service there was good. Overall, everything was fine except the bathrooms, it seemed like those were completely overlooked. read more

This location has the worst drive up order service. Yesterday I waited 30 minutes after checking in to receive my items. When I arrived there were 9 other cars and the employees were moving slow without any hurry. That's the second time I wait a ridiculous time. read more

Fancy Target here. This whole shopping plaza is pretty nice with lots of parking. We came here to get a toy for a friend's birthday party. They had a lot of options to choose from and price matching was a breeze! Very satisfied with my shopping experience. The only reason it's 4 stars is because I don't like Target in general, specifically their grocery section is more expensive than most grocery stores and I personally don't like mixing groceries with clothes and other things. The last couple orders received look like qhom ever packed and shipped items is miserable with their job. Items look like they have been thrown in and rummage through. Bought a gift set for granddaughter and the box was ripped and tape was torn from box not sealed. Looks like it was thrown in box and someone used prior to shipping to us. I ve been hearing rumors Target is in financial trouble. Now I see why! No way to return have to bring it to store. So ridiculous and inconvenient. No wonder why more people use Amazon! Just make it so difficult to return. If I wanted to come to store I would have bought in store!! I am done with buying online at Target. Just sad and horrible service. read more

I love the Target Circle for discounts and extras:) They have always had great products at good prices My only complaint is the women's restroom needs repair. It's not the people that work at Target or Target alone that I'm complaining about . It's the customers that go into this Target . They are the biggest slobs ever . I seen three different people within 10 minutes leave half full Starbucks drinks on shelves. Let there kids play with toys , and leave stuff in different spots . Full grown adults are terrible here . They touch stuff and don't put it back there spots . I feel bad for the employees because the people that come in here are entitled people. I was astonished in how much of a pig the people are here . Clean up after yourself. I understand the employees are there to work but geez so gross and bad manners and that's what you teach your children? When I was a kid I wasn't allowed to touch anything. I'll try to make it short and sweet. In my visit today, I saw two employees on their phone while they were on the clock. One Lisa, who was helping at the self check out was on her phone and two Nestor, whom is a manager greeting customers at the entrance of the store was on his cell phone as well. Being that I'm in customer service I know that that is an absolute no no. And when I found out that Nestor was a manager that even infuriated me even more. I know that we become a society of having our phone at all moments at all times sometimes people even have their earpiece in their ear and you think they're talking to you, but really they're on the clock and they're talking through their Earpiece But this is not OK. Thankfully, I was able to talk to a manager whose name is Abbey, whom was amazing and very understanding. And yes, I made sure to call corporate. The customer service is no longer as it was before. Super disappointing target. Building looks new but this place always looks trashed and disheveled. Employees always look busy but I'm not really sure what they're doing because the shelves aren't restocked and nothing is tidied up. I had high hopes for this place too. Even during a pandemic, they are fully staffed, helpful and always bring in and cleaning them carts!!!!! This is great for business because we keep coming for essentials or whatever one needs. Since working from home I'm making my work space and place my oasis. I've found all that I have needed in store or online. Online returning to the store is such a ease and fuss free. I got this sweet ottoman and rug that I adore. I bought a mid century tv stand that I put together myself and this neat round coffee table. I needed a pop of color in my living room and achieved good results. I ordered them online and had to return a few items here and there in store but never the less it's still all Target items The stores clean, isles are wide except in the Magnolia Home section it's a tight squeeze with stuff blocking corners/end caps. Returns. I got here at 9 pm stores empty the employee that works in returns female didn't get her name but just plain lazy. I handed her my receipt but she says sorry it won't scan go back to store you bought it. I just bought items (2) few days ago/ I take the receipt and looking farther down low and. Hold says receipt # so I showed her and she looked and say oh yea hmmm. Like she didn't know that and just prefers to make life more difficult. They still seem to be out of things. They don't keep a good stock of everything. The workers in the isles are not friendly but most of the cashiers are. This place imo has gone downhill since the remodel. It is no longer my goto store. Prices are still high on everyday goods and sometimes still keep going up. read more

Had a pretty upsetting experience today. I found a gift for my wife that has been sold old everywhere I look sitting on what looked like a store stocking cart. So I grabbed it assuming that it was being placed on the shelves. Following that, an associate comes up to me and explains that the item was for an online order so she had to take it, although ensuring me there were "plenty" in the back and I could purchase one. Patiently waiting for almost thirty minutes, I told my wife, "forget it they're not coming back." Then as we were checking out, magically the associate who agreed to grab one of the "plenty" that were in stock, arrived to tell us none were available. Pretty disappointed. If there were "plenty" for me to buy, then why couldn't I have the one that was left unattended for anyone to grab? Why was I lied to about the stock? Where's the professionalism and customer care? I was on the hunt for picture frames and this was my third target I stopped at to finish collecting all that I needed. This target was part of a big shopping plaza and had a lot of parking which was nice. The store was under construction/remodeling when I was there so some parts were a bit rundown looking but other areas looked nice. This was a pretty typical target and it had everything I needed. Like pretty much everywhere, it was very apparent there are some supply chain issues here and some areas were pretty sparse but not in others. That's probably why I had to go to 3 different targets to get frames. Everything on this trip was good. Nothing amazing stood out but nothing bad happened. I'm sure I will end up here again and hopefully the remodeling will be done and I will really like the store. Also hoping supply chain issues get resolved. read more

This disaster of a store never answers their phone. Not only that, they offer "drive up convenience" and abuse the bag fees. I just found that ALL of my drive up orders that COULD use bags were overcharged: orders with 6 small items used FOUR bags and i was charged for six. What? This really caught my attention when i noticed a $.90 fee was put on a cancelled order, this order was ONE small item and they charged me for TEN bags, and charged me for NINE bags when the order was cancelled. It may seem petty but they're probably collecting millions in bag fee overages and not the employees who do this nor the managers who look the other way give a crap. None of the other Targets i've ordered from do this. Why is this Target so freaking stupid? read more

It was always a hit and miss at this Target because the amount of stuffs they carry, last time I came here during the construction and it was chaos, this time a little bit better, I would say I could still find some pretty good deals on toys because the place was too far away and pretty hidden, you would rather go to another location near central area of San Diego, so maybe the reason why they put a lot of items on sales, then again I went a few days after Xmas and most of the shelves were empty, well I am sure if I waited long enough I come back the Hasbro Transformers would go down even more since it was mislabeled, the normal price for a Deluxe class as of 2022 is about $24.99 before taxes, how could they raised up the price to $29.99 and saying on sales for $20.99, you basically saved nothing, on Hasbro website it's still $24.99 without shipping but already sold out, that's just the dilemma read more

It'sa update time for this neighborhood Target. I last reviewed it in 2011, and been to it several times since, and may I say, their product line and friendly service has remained dependable, and may I say it has even gotten better. I like this Target - they just added a fresh section a few months ago and it seems that once this came into the Target I didn't go to the grocery store as much (which makes me happy since grocery stores give me too many choices!) I'm not a big Target shopper. Walmart usually has what's on my list for less money. Why am I reviewing a Target you may ask. Fair question .... There are two times I'll visit Target. 1) when Walmart has the item on my list in a locked area. And 2) lf I'm in a neighborhood that has Target but no Walmart and I have a list of things I need. So I found myself in this Target. Several of the items on my list were more expensive than what I wanted to pay. Since the we're items I wanted instead of needed I felt ok with not getting them. They did have several items on my list I felt were at a reasonable price so it wasn't a complete waste of time. I was there to waste some time anyway do all was good in the end. You can tell that there are good people who work here. They take pride in their jobs and serving customers. I have been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. This target is in a rough patch IMO. I was in the store for about 30-45 minutes, actual shop time probably 15. The rest was just waiting. Long lines are getting out of hand. Either put more people on shift or install more self checkouts. Then I waited in line at Starbucks for 10 mins or so because no one was at the Pizza Hut counter, only to be told they can only get me what was already made ie. popcorn, hotdogs, icees, because the person working was probably on her 45. Bro I've been in the store for damn near that long and it's been empty this whole time. She should be there by now. It just seems like poor people management. The store still has all the necessities it's just people arent utilized appropriately. Just my opinion. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had at target in decades of shopping at the chain, in many different areas and states. It's unfortunate because it is a nice looking store, however that doesn't matter when the staff is barely working. They all seem very unhappy so I'm assuming it's management...starts at the top! I ordered a mat for a bench on June 4. I was told it would be two days shipping. Now I'm getting from target that it will not be here till July 1. I have called three times to try and cancel it because it keeps saying preparing to ship it hasn't shipped but target in their insanity will not cancel it while it's preparing to ship! Huge shout out to Anthony T.! I use this Target regularly and have never had a problem with the product availability or service, but today I received exceptional service from an outstanding team member! I called because I had placed a drive up order on the app over 24 hours previously and it still showed as "processing". I had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony T. who was so friendly and helpful. He checked the computer to see that my order was ready, but also took the initiative to check that my bags were actually there waiting before I made the drive down. He said he would get my order ready while I was on my way. When I arrived, he had my order ready and grabbed it super fast and loaded it into my car and I was on my way. It wasn't until I was speaking with him on the phone and it was such a pleasure dealing with him, that I actually realized that I was expecting to have a lot more of a hassle. Not because I have been treated poorly at this Target in the past, but because overall customer service these days at any establishment does not seem to be very good and employees often make the customer feel like a burden. Anthony was absolutely the opposite and is an outstanding example of exactly what customer service should be. I have 2 young boys and would be proud if they did such and excellent job when they get older! I am so grateful that he helped me today, really was a bright spot in my week! Thank you Anthony!
