My club worked with Mr. Soergel on the creation and embroidery of a large back patch, and through the whole (sometimes painstaking) process, Rich was superb. Through several iterations on artwork (that was the hard part - since we had a committee of reviewers and a bunch of small tweaks to work through as a result) Rich was great to work with, and maintained good communication and professionalism. Once we got together to pick the actual thread colors based on our artwork, it was clear that he has years of experience and knew exactly how to recommend the solutions that would result in the kind of outcome we were hoping for. Once we got the physical "proof" version in actual thread that we could touch and see in different light/angles, we were all thrilled - even the subtle shading elements were exceptionally well-captured and represented, and we're now eagerly awaiting our final products. Again, Rich was super professional, made great recommendations after getting to know our style, what we were looking for in a patch, what kind of use-cases we had, and made the whole process much easier than I anticipated it was going to be. I can't recommend him or his work highly enough, and if anyone needs a recommendation for this kind of thing, I'm sending them to Rich. Thanks again!

I've been looking for a good local leather shop recently. Came across this business and read the…read moregreat reviews.. unfortunately it was a huge disappointment.. don't waste your time or money!! I brought the bag in and we looked at what the issue was.. the thread was coming undone where the strap was being secured to the bag.. we agreed to put in a single black rivet on each side to match and secure the strap.. told me it'd be about 15 minutes. I came back and he put in three on each side which was a bit strange.. I noticed they were uneven and they even scratched the front of the bag under the flap.. talked to him about that then he apologized and tried to buff it out.. paid the man and walked out because I was already upset about the quality of work done.. on the way out noticed that he actually spliced the leather on the side right where the stitching was coming undone so now it's even worse than before because that entire piece of leather is no longer securing the strap.. almost the same exact issue I came in to solve but worse because he would have to fully take it apart to fix it.. seems sneaky to me.. just felt like they were trying to get more money out of me and the job he did do was very inadequate .. definitely no pride in their craftsmanship... got my money back and said I was going somewhere else! very upset because I'd like to regularly support local businesses... went in there based on the great reviews they had specifically about their craftsmanship no matter how small the job. makes you think about going to bigger companies with actual standards... if zero was an option, I'd put that instead..

Diego opened the door and just gave us a really warm welcome into the store... I wanted to purchase some shoes and bracelets but, I totally forgot about it because I was walking around the store doing YELP duties. As I was walking around the store further away from my sales associate there was a lady that said we are closing and wanted to kick us out. Mind you my party of 7 was still making a purchase of over $6,000 with this other Chinese speaking lady. I thought Diego should have gotten the credit but, seems like my friend wanted to speak to the Chinese lady... I HIGHLY recommend DIEGO for your Hermes necessities because he treats everyone even people he doesn't know like ROCK STARS!

They still put out a decent suit, but if you have an athletic build you're out of luck. You won't find suit separates here, and you shouldn't. You won't really find anything that's too fashion forward here either. Just mid-range basics that will look better than the Gap/Banana Republic clothes you have in your closet. It is a step up, but not a huge step up. You can find better value at Club Monaco. But Boss wear, will hold up just a bit better. I'm just not sure if that justifies charging knit polos for $110 or $200+ for slacks. ...Still, the lines are still attractive and will definitely do the job if you're trying to attract attention. But the clothes aren't made for everyone, so if you don't have an athletic or slender build, you probably won't reap the rewards that Hugo can offer. P90X anyone...
