The follow through was the disappointment. Although everyone was measured a lot of the sizes were wrong when it came to trying on the suits. The shoes were the wrong color and had to be changed. A couple people asked for "skinny" pants because the casual fit is way too baggy which they said they would do but on the day of pick we were told they didnt have any available. The father of the quincenera who arranged this whole event asked for skinny pants from the very first day that we chose outfits which was well in advance and he still didnt get what he requested and ended up canceling his rental. I couldnt get skinny pants either but wasnt told until day of pick (as were others including my son). Somehow my white button up that i tried on didnt make its way into the garment bag and i ended up having to buy one from Old Navy. You would think they would have seen it hanging there and would have called me back. To top it off they ended up giving me size 13 shoes instead of 12! I went to the party in clown shoes. I think they just didnt have my size available and didnt say anything and just chose the next size up. Overall bad experience when it came down to actually getting out rentals. They over promise and you dont get what you hoped or asked for. Oh...and not only were the vests a different color than what was picked out for the "uncles" matching suits but they got ties instead of bow ties. And all I got from having to wear clown shoes and buy a button up was a simple sorry. Sorry doesnt cut it when trying to look your best and paying $200 for a suit rental. I should have pieced together a discount suit for the price that would fit better. Only reason I didnt was because the plan was to have everyone match.

He asked if we were ready to make a purchase before even completing my second son's measurements or allowing them to try on suits. I explained that we weren't committed to buying just yet--we wanted to make sure both of my sons found something they liked, as I didn't want to go to two different places. Since measurements are necessary before trying anything on, the approach felt a little rushed and slightly pressured before we even had a chance to fully understand the rental process, available options, or pricing within our budget. Once both of my sons found suits they liked, the experience shifted in a more positive direction. However, during the measuring and fitting process, we were interrupted several times because Aaron had to step away to assist at the front desk. While I understand a manager may need to step in when necessary, there seemed to be enough staff available, and it would have been helpful to have another associate assist us to avoid the repeated interruptions. What likely could have been a 45-minute process ended up taking closer to an hour and a half to two hours. We were informed that payment was required upfront, which was fine, as we were already in the system and planned to return later in the week to complete everything. Aaron did provide us with a detailed copy of our order, which we appreciated since we were doing a full head-to-toe rental (everything except undergarments). After that, the process felt smooth and well-organized. We were told we could return the suits to any location, which was especially convenient since we would be in Irving for prom. Pricing is on the higher side--especially during prom season, which I understand is their busiest time--but they did offer a promotional discount that made it more manageable. Most importantly, my sons looked amazing. The suits were pristine, well-pressed, and overall a great choice for such a special occasion. One note: my oldest son's suit could have been sized down slightly, so I'd recommend making sure you're completely happy with the fit before leaving. They do offer overnight exchanges if needed, which is a great option--just be sure to allow enough time and consider picking up early to avoid any last-minute stress. I went in for a fitting and although the reps were extremely nice, I was disappointed to know that they didn't carry an actual white tux jacket. I still decided to go with them since I was there. I told them that I did not need a bow tie or shoes however, they still charged me for them. 1 week before my wedding, I get the tux delivered and was extremely disappointed with EVERYTHING. The tux jacket was literally a dark beige (I ordered ivory.) my pants were not the same style as the ones I tried on, and the material was horrible. 1/10 overall do not recommend. In a panic, my fiancée gave me the info for the gentlemen's tux club and I called... Vanessa answered and was an absolute life saver. She calmed my nerves when she said they had all white jackets and could see me that day!!!!! The whole experience from getting there, the fitting, and the customer service was AMAZINGGGGG! We tried a few different styles with Vanessa, she measured me correctly and totally eased my mind! John, the owner also came out and congratulated us on our marriage and was overall great to us. John is so quick to make sure you're taken care of, even while taking care of other customers. He made sure we all had a place to sit and something to drink while we waited. I had originally walked in with an idea for a classic black tux for my wedding. However, after asking me about all the details, John shared his expert opinion and put me in a light blue tux, which popped so well in the area we got married. I couldn't be happier with my rental, and I anticipate coming back here for all of my future tux needs.
