A couple of weeks later I pulled the comforter out to switch my bedding and it was completely ruined. The wool was coming out of the seams and it was very stiff. No fluff at all. I am shocked that they would have even put it in the plastic in that condition. Clearly that was not how the comforter went into the shop as it was stiff like a piece of cardboard! As it had been a couple of weeks since the cleaning service, I did not take the comforter into the shop because I knew I couldn't prove that something else didn't happen in the couple of week in between. My fault for not checking the day we picked it up but who would have thought this would happen. I was completely disgusted that nobody had told us that the comforter was ruined.

I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants.
