I used Yelp to locate a repair shop. And I saw it was in the exact shopping center where I was. So I went over to see if they could help me. I walked in and I could hear someone working on the other side of the curtain. A young man came out to assist me. I told him about my broken zipper on the purse. He disappeared behind the curtain and in about 2 minutes he came back out with my zipper fixed. He offered it free of charge. But I was so blown away by his service that I insisted on paying for his conciliation and quick recovery of my broken purse. About a month later, I wore them for the first time since repaired and by the time I got from my house to my office, the entire sole had already come off again. Jenny spoke with me personally and was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. She didn't make unrealistic promises, but she took the time to explain that she wouldn't fully know the outcome until she saw the bag in person. What truly amazed me was that even though the only time I could get there was after their hours, Jenny still accommodated me and allowed me to bring the bag in.
