I came here as a new customer and brought over my husbands clothes there were 8 shirts and 2 pants all brand name and 5 out of the 10 items were new. I told him that and I told him I'm trying him out for the first time. I looked at these fake ratings he has here and trusted this place. So I went to pick up the items I come home and EVERYTHING SHRUNK! His pants were shorter then my husbands ankles and his shirt sleeves and the length of the shirts were all shrunk big time. I was in shock my husband was so mad and so we called the place right away he says gets aggressive and says I don't believe it being them in. So I brought them in and show them and he just kept arguing with me. Coincidentally there was a lady behind me and heard the conversation we had she whispered to me and said I just had this issue here too, and that's why I'm here as well. So i told him and he wouldn't do anything about it. So I reported him to the BBB and they will be hearing from them. A lot of money on clothes ruined for a place that I trusted. Do not come here, I would never Make a review like this but I don't want anyone to have what happened to me happen to them. He tried to give me credit to bring my other clothes LOL. I said like what are you saying?! first I'd never trust you second you ruined all of our expensive clothes what credit?! You owe us money and he wouldn't do anything about it so I reported him. read more

I took my silk birthday dress that had been stained for over a year (my bad), the gentleman was optimistic in getting the stains out but made no promises. I had no expectations when I went to go pick it up but HOLY MOLY I WAS OVERJOYED. ALL THE STAINS CAME OUT!! I paid ahead of time so I was able to get 20% off. I had my wedding dress taken here and they did absolutely amazing! Service was very friendly and FAST! I brought my sister's veil here and they were able to take care of it with no problem, at an amazing price! I brought a few other party dresses here as well, one with a huge stain and it came back as good as new! Every time I bring my clothing here they are ready to be picked up within a couple of days. Definitely recommend bringing your items here. They also do alterations! Hands down the best place to bring your dry cleaning! read more

I was overcharge for a military patch 15 or 2 for 30 at dry cleaning USA in the same shopping village and walked out after hearing the ridiculous price. I went over to advantage dry cleaning and the owner took care of it on the spot! For half the price. Will be switching to this cleaner for all our military uniforms. Thanks again read more

I asked if they could burnish the belt, they said for an extra $5 & I agreed. When I picked it up, they didn't stitch it evenly on both sides even though the stitching came undone evenly. They used edge coat at the end when I asked for burnishing because the belt is BURNISHED NOT EDGECOATED so now it's only edgecoated at the end which looks terrible. When I questioned the older gentleman who originally helped me (not the man who did the work apparently - who was apologetic & gave me my money back), he told me to take it somewhere else. How when restitching over their restitching will probably cause a tear??? I would've left only one star but I'm giving two stars for the way the man who did the repair treated me. For the price, I expected at least a little care in presentation -- not a full polish, but maybe a quick clean or some attention to detail. Instead, the boots looked almost exactly the same as when I dropped them off, and there really wasn't any visible repair work besides being told they were fixed. About a month later, I wore them for the first time since repaired and by the time I got from my house to my office, the entire sole had already come off again. After paying around $50 and not loving the overall experience, I didn't feel confident going back for another repair. I ended up buying shoe glue on Amazon, fixing them myself, and haven't had a single issue since. This was my first experience getting shoes repaired, so maybe my expectations were off, but for the cost and overall experience, it just wasn't worth it for me.

I contacted another cobbler first, told to send photos, waited for callbacks, called them again and got vague answers about how delicate the leather was and how cleaning it could spread the stain... they said they'll think of ways on what to do and call me back and then never heard back again. Thankfully, I found Chito's Shoe Repair online and reached out by text with photos of my bag. Within 5 minutes, they responded and asked me to call. Jenny spoke with me personally and was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. She didn't make unrealistic promises, but she took the time to explain that she wouldn't fully know the outcome until she saw the bag in person. I was extremely stressed, and her honesty mixed with compassion immediately made me feel better. What truly amazed me was that even though the only time I could get there was after their hours, Jenny still accommodated me and allowed me to bring the bag in. That level of kindness and care is rare. When I arrived, she carefully inspected the bag and walked me through exactly what her cleaning process would be. She explained everything in detail and set realistic expectations while still making me feel hopeful. At that point, I honestly thought I may have ruined my bag permanently.. especially because in my panic, I had already tried a few things myself that probably made the stain worse. Two days later, I picked up my bag and it looked like NOTHING had ever happened. I genuinely could not believe it. The stain was gone, and my bag looked beautiful again. What stood out even more was how much Jenny genuinely cared about educating me. She taught me about leather care, explained how leathers react , and even gave me advice on a wallet project I was trying to fix myself. She wasn't trying to upsell me or push me to bring everything in for repair -- she actually wanted me to understand how to care for my own items. That says so much about her character and integrity. I also met her husband Chris, and together they are just wonderful people. Warm, knowledgeable, honest, and clearly passionate about what they do. I'm beyond grateful I found someone I can truly trust with my luxury pieces. One thing I really appreciate is that they send automated text messages when your dry cleaning is ready. It's such a convenient touch and makes pickup super easy. Perla helped us and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was taken care of smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Since the laundromat and dry cleaners are connected, it's truly a "kill two birds with one stone" kind of place: you can wash your clothes and handle dry cleaning all in one stop. Based on their schedule and items I think they can work with you based on what they're showing and they seem to have a constant stream of work. When I came back I noticed one of the items was upside down, to no fault as they're not familiar with the emblem, and the seamstress was able to fix it on the spot! They were very helpful and apologetic, which was no issue really, and was nice on every occasion. Their shop is clean, and my daughter noticed that they had Cinderella stickers and the nice all over the floor boards which gave it a nice touch, and they offered my daughter candy! I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Everything came out perfect. 10/10 for customer service, dry cleaning value, and size altering. Thank you for all your hard work.

I had an outstanding experience with Advantage Cleaners in Rancho San Diego that truly exemplified exceptional customer service. On a Saturday, with an important event just a couple hours away, I found myself in desperate need of getting my very wrinkled tie steam pressed. After three other local shops turned me away due to their boilers being off, I called Advantage Cleaners as a last resort. To my surprise, the owner, Saeem, offered to turn his boiler back on just for me, asking for only a 10-15 minute wait for the water to heat up. I dropped off my tie and, true to his word, waited only 15 minutes before it was returned to me looking brand new. When I attempted to pay for the service, Saeem insisted that it was on the house, simply wanting to ensure I had a nice tie for my event. This level of hospitality is rare and commendable, and every retail shop should take notes. From now on, Advantage Cleaners is my go-to for all cleaning needs. I recently got married and my wedding dress was vary dirty. I took my dress to several dry cleaners and they told me that they can't garantee that all the stain will come out. They also said becuase my dress has alot of beading the beading might get damaged. I asked around the area and they told me to take my dress to Advantage Cleaners, that they do great job and they are Green Earth Cleaners. (chemical free) Advantage Cleaners manager told me that all of the stains on my dress will come out and nothing will happen to the beads. And she was right. A week later I got a call from them to go in and look at my dress before they box it. My dress looked better than the first day I bought it. Now I take all my dry cleaning to them. I recently switched over to Advantage Cleaners! I've never been more happy with the quality of service I've received and one thing I value most is supporting people/businesses who are hard working and honest! I left money in one of my brother's dress pants and I would have never know it was there.... when I went to pick up my dry cleaning they were so kind to let me know what was found in the dress pants and return the money to us. Been looking for a dry cleaning for a while to get my pants cleaned, but no dry cleaner could get the spot i had on my pants... then i heard about Advantage Cleaners so i wanted to give them a try. The moment I entered the store, the guy welcomed me with a smile and gave a special since it was my first time, it took them a day to clean it and when i picked it, they did really good job on it and the spot is gone without damaging it. This is the worst place ever i live down the street from this place & has the most rude owner ever had my chargers jersey doublé stich cleaned there had in that plastic no warning lable for keeping in the plastic do not keep in the plastic they give when cleaning is done made stains all over asked simply if i can get out some how & wat this was owner started yelling at me in front of everyone really thats how u treat your costumers didn't even care wat happened big ego problemes there for sure!!! read more

Great service. I used this dry cleaners for the first time last week and I have to say this is the most cleanest modern dry cleaners I have seen. The girl at the counter explained the process to me in details, showed me the price list then processed my order. I picked up my order 3 days later and everything looked brand new. They told me to check my order to make sure I was happy with the service before I pay. Customer service was incredible at this place. They will have me as customer for ever. read more

This is the best dry cleaning service in town. I go to Advantage Cleaners once a week and always see the same nice, friendly staff. I have used them for dry cleaning, laundry, and tailoring and they have never failed. My other dry cleaners used to always say "will try, no grantee" or have me sign a release form for stain or broken buttons, this cleaners always says no problem we will take care of it.
