There was a lady at the counter for the dry cleaning area, which is a separate room from the laundromat area. They had a fairly quick turnaround for my dry cleaning and from what I can tell, they did a great job on mending the hole. It was a short visit, but I would come back if I need my dry cleaning done.

My husband had a few jackets done as well, and we were both really happy with the results and the overall service. One thing I really appreciate is that they send automated text messages when your dry cleaning is ready. It's such a convenient touch and makes pickup super easy. Perla helped us and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was taken care of smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Since the laundromat and dry cleaners are connected, it's truly a "kill two birds with one stone" kind of place: you can wash your clothes and handle dry cleaning all in one stop. The customer service is top notch…read more I dropped off a cream-colored shirt that had a permant marker stain, and I received it from Valhalla Cleaner in like-new condition with no visible stain. I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Everything came out perfect. 10/10 for customer service, dry cleaning value, and size altering. Thank you for all your hard work.

There was a brief miscommunication with the team on site, but it was settled quickly. 4 stars only because of the price to wash ($9.50 for extra large loads + $7.50 x 2 for large loads) which is kinda high for me and the quality of the wash. I never estimate how many loads I actually need to wash but this was right before Easter and I was really in a bind to get my clothes off the checklist. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

So i saw an advertisement on instagram and connected with them through there. Their service was spectacular because they reply within minutes and such helpful people. I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.
